Six years ago, my husband and I retired and moved to Palm Desert from a wintery Midwest city…read more Shortly after our move, we were extremely fortunate to meet Jeremy Proctor who has helped us navigate the arcane universe of Medicare, the ACA and dental insurance. At our annual fall meetings with Jeremy he has been completely prepared to show us the insurance plans available and answer our questions with confidence. By reviewing our med lists and comparing them to the formularies of the Medicare drug plans he has been able to save us significant expense. We have often had questions that pop up after our meetings. Jeremy has been very responsive, and usually sends us answers through e-mail within a few hours. We are very happy with Jeremy and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I loved working with Mark and Audrey but they abruptly sold the company and retired a few years ago…read morewithout any notification. I didn't find out until I had an issue with one of my policies and had to call for help. A guy named David picked up the phone. He seemed very overwhelmed and unfocused on our conversation. He said he would look into the issue and get back to me which never happened. I even gave him a second chance and still didn't get a returned phone call. When someone takes over an insurance agency, the proper thing to do would be to call all the existing clients, introduce yourself and start building a relationship. David obviously didn't do this, so the least he could have done is used my issue as an opportunity to prove himself reliable, gain trust and re-earn my business. Needless to say, I switched agencies. It's unfortunate that this guy is tarnishing the Millers' good name.

Absolutely unbelievable lack of general knowledge and customer service…read more For starters, I had asked them for an email address to inquire about volunteering my nonprofit's services to an upcoming animal adoption event. I was informed that there was only ONE email address available for the ENTIRE organization, and that once an email was sent, then it would be forwarded to the proper party from within. I sent the email in 2025 and have not received a response as of mid-2026. Secondly, my mom has been trying for WEEKS to obtain a mortgage, and the lack of organization within FrontWave is a joke. We walked in the door several weeks ago with every document necessary, offered all the paperwork at the time, and despite having everything with us, we had to come in several more times to submit the same documents that we had offered on the first visit. Add to that, the app for FrontWave doesn't always show my debit cards, stating verbatim, "no cards available" when I open the app to unlock my cards to make a purchase. This is not an issue with my cellular service because it also happens when using my home or a business WiFi. I could go on, but I've wasted enough time and energy with this less than stellar credit union, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
