Absolutely unbelievable lack of general knowledge and customer service…read more For starters, I had asked them for an email address to inquire about volunteering my nonprofit's services to an upcoming animal adoption event. I was informed that there was only ONE email address available for the ENTIRE organization, and that once an email was sent, then it would be forwarded to the proper party from within. I sent the email in 2025 and have not received a response as of mid-2026. Secondly, my mom has been trying for WEEKS to obtain a mortgage, and the lack of organization within FrontWave is a joke. We walked in the door several weeks ago with every document necessary, offered all the paperwork at the time, and despite having everything with us, we had to come in several more times to submit the same documents that we had offered on the first visit. Add to that, the app for FrontWave doesn't always show my debit cards, stating verbatim, "no cards available" when I open the app to unlock my cards to make a purchase. This is not an issue with my cellular service because it also happens when using my home or a business WiFi. I could go on, but I've wasted enough time and energy with this less than stellar credit union, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am giving 5 Stars for the branch Manager Jaime. He went…read moreabove and beyond assisting me and my handicapped father with a recent, frustrating Chase Phone support issuse, regarding a third party check from my father to myself. Jaime met with us at the branch and negotiated a series of telephone calls and 'on hold' wait times for over 2.5 hours. Poor guy worked straight through his lunch break. The Chase telephone support members, who were obviously working from a 'script' were making the entire experience much more difficult than necessary. Ultimately Jaime handled the (somewhat difficult) telephone support staff with tact, grace, tenacity and professionalism. He worked through the all the issues to resolve the problem. Thank you Jaime! We are very grateful for your patience and generosity of time.

I would never recommend Farmers insurance, let alone this office. I had been with Farmers since…read more2011, insuring my home, life, and auto. I never filed a claim, and I had a great payment and driving history. After purchasing a new vehicle, I knew my insurance would go up. I was shocked, though, to find my insurance would almost triple. April in this office said it would go down once I took my third vehicle off. When I did remove my third vehicle a short time after adding it, there was barely any change. When I went to April about this, she gave me a long excuse that didn't really make any sense. I was very disappointed in how April handled it all. She was terrible about getting back to me and couldn't give me a straightforward, sensible answer as to why my insurance was almost tripling. Because of that, I ended up going with another insurance company and got a much better deal on my life, home, and auto. The most annoying part is that even after I spoke with April and canceled my life, home, and and auto policies, she didn't do it correctly and continued to charge me for life insurance for my husband after I specifically confirmed with her that my husband didn't need to sign anything. She told me no, everything was canceled. Two months later, they were still charging me for his life insurance. I reached out to her to fix her mistake. Her response was, "Sorry, he does need to sign this document." I asked where my refund was for the last two months of charges. I have called several times and have not gotten a response regarding her mistake. I would never recommend Farmers or this office. April has a lack of knowledge of her job and avoids taking responsibility for her wrongdoings. These people are taking advantage of people.
