Solid location, conveniently located close to me. I appreciate that this location has not one but two drive-through machines which makes it so there's almost never a long wait. read more

Didn't want to help me open an account with them. Said it takes about an hour to open an account. I already have an account with them. He mentioned it would be faster if I had an account already. Which I do. The guy wanted me to schedule an appointment, no thank you. Never coming back to this location! Waste of my time. read more

I am beyond furious with this Chase branch and the sheer incompetence and negligence of their staff. Yesterday, I came in to deposit several large checks, and the teller, JENNIFER, completely botched the transaction. She was rushed and disorganized from the moment I stepped up to her window. First, she asked me to fill out a deposit slip, but before I could finish tallying up my checks, she took it back and insisted she could do it herself. That was a $15,000 mistake. When I checked my account later, I realized I was missing ALMOST $15,000 from my deposit. This is not a small mistake--it's gross negligence, and it has serious financial consequences. I live 50 minutes away and work an hour away, so going to this branch isn't convenient for me. But because of JENNIFER'S incompetence, I had no choice but to rush out of work today to drive all the way back and fix it. Chase customer service was completely useless over the phone. I called the branch six times, only to be stuck in an endless loop of automated messages before the system hung up on me every time, saying the line was busy. No one called me back. No one even acknowledged the issue. When I finally arrived at the branch, I asked to speak with a branch manager, but guess what? No one was available. The only person who could assist me was a male Asian teller, and even then, the resolution was a joke, although he did try his best and was professional. They said they would issue a temporary credit, but they couldn't even provide me with a proper updated account balance receipt. Instead, they printed out a screenshot of their claim request--as if that's supposed to reassure me that my money isn't just floating around in limbo. This entire situation is outrageous. Mistakes happen, but this was beyond a mistake--this was incompetence at the highest level. I am seriously considering legal action against JENNIFER personally because this level of negligence is unacceptable. If I hadn't caught it, I could have been out $15,000, and Chase's response has been nothing but excuses and dismissiveness. If you care about your finances, avoid this branch at all costs. read more

This location is always nice and friendly and helpful. They are a smaller location so don't go during rush-hour. They also have drive-through ATMs and ATMs inside for self-service. Sometimes the money don't read in the machine so you do need to go see a teller. They have their employees greet you at the ATM line and they also have employees asking you if you would like some help if you were in line to see the teller so they can show you how to use the ATM if you are uncomfortable they are very friendly and helpful here! read more

These two younger men that are probably newer staff were very rude and were making fun of me and my scoliosis back and neck. They left the lobby area with the computers outside when there were a lot of people waiting to be helped to go back into the room with tellers helping people at the window to make jokes and laugh very loudly. Unprofessional of staff. The third guy was the teller who was helping me at the window and he was laughing and talking to those guys while they're making jokes. Why does Chase hire immature children? read more

This is a very small branch. Only two tellers. I was followed from the chase and robbed. Please be careful.

I came in with a paper ID because mine was stolen and the guy at the cashier said it was fine. I made an appointment two days later and the guy who was doing the appointment with me told me he would need a photo ID. I wasted time and money coming here today and I am not too happy about it. read more

Today they refused a deposit of several thousand dollars because they refused to hand count bills that had a little adhesive on it. Branch manager declined when we were trying to deposit over $30000 worth of cash and checks. They insisted we straighten out the bills. Like your a bank isn't it your job to store money. When we go back to Texas we are closing down our private client account. read more

If I can give no star I would. I was here to withdraw money from the atm.. it keeps on denying it even though I approved the security purposes in my end. The lady greeter did not even try to help just told me to fall in line. What's the convenient of having an atm if you can't even use it. The people at the cubicle doesn't even care they don't try to help they just stare at they're screen and ignore the people that needs help. read more

Worst branch ever. There's always something wrong with their damn atms. The turn ins are terribly positioned. And it smells.

I usually use the ATM at this branch to withdraw money. But today I have a terrible experience with the teller in this branch. He does not respect the client. He never know how to say "How can I help you or could you please ... " . I just say "put the card", "how much" , "anything else", "100 dollars bill" , " thank you" . I feel that I am begging him to withdraw the money for me. Oh my god ! He is making the Chase bank worse and worse to the client. He see his name tag on his shirt as "Tyler". I am happy when he can speak Vietnamese but I am very angry when he supports me. I can not know the reason why he pass the interview and work in the Chase Bank. A advice to him is that If you do not have the passion and love the job you are working, please quit and find the other job. You are impacting to the other staffs and the company. read more

The employees here at this branch name Helen is lack of professionalism, lied and dis-honest to client. Do not let her fool you by saying she will help you this and that. She will not full-fill it. She was initiate called you and offered to help!!! but simply will not fulfill what she promised. So dishonest and she treated customers below standards of service. The worst! I feel sorry for the big bank that decided to hire her to serve customers because she does not do her job well. So bad!!!! read more

Do not come here. Super slow here. It's like the worker hate their job and it shows. Everyone here is for a pay check... they don't care about their customer. Definitely last time back to this shitty location. I rather change bank than to put up with this service read more

Horrible experience. Told PJ I just withdrew from ATM and if he could exchange $20 worth in 5s for me for newer looking bills. Said no don't have any. Asked him to check, he proceeded to view them closer and said no don't have anything better. Can you at least pretend to care and look in the drawer? That's why you are called a Bank!!! Other clerks have done this for me! Will refuse his "help" in the future. read more

This place is horrible. Workers are young and they don't understand what customer service means. I asked for decent bills because I'm going oversea, they bluntly rejected me. They didn't want to make an effort in attempting to give me decent bills. They gave me 100 bills and only 20 are decent for me to take oversea. I went to Edinger location and the teller tried his best to accommodate my request. This branch has never given their best service to their customers. It appears that they don't care about Asians being in Asian community and they don't live up to the culture of the Asian community.we need clean bills to travel outside of the US. read more

Terribly maintained location. One of, if not both, of the drive through atms are always down. Only one walk up atm after hours. Card scanner to allow you into building to use atm after hours never works. If i could give less than one star i would. I genuinely expect from a bank of this caliber. Regardless of the area. Every client has the right to a good facility. This would never be the case in a more affluent area. read more

I applied for a credit card almost a month ago now. Two weeks in and the card still hadn't arrived, so I went to this branch to see what was going on. The the stupid helper chick in the front stated "when you applied, your card was never mailed out," so she sent out a new one with a new number. I was fine with that no problem, but then tell my why my original card with the original number comes a few days after my visit.. now I'm cardless and it's been almost a month since I was approved. I was at the Chase branch on Brookhurst & McFadden today to open a Business account, I put down my name and patiently waiting. Finally this place opened up on July 7th!!! I've never been this excited for a new bank to open up but having recently switched from WF to Chase I'm super thrilled! Inside is super sick! They have like these huge ATM machines that can do it all -- could possibly replace all the bank tellers? All you bank tellers out there should be worried! I went into the branch to withdraw some cash, saw the futuristic ATMs so i went to it instead of going to the teller. Once cash was ready to be dispensed, the machine asked for my denomination preference (20-50-100...I know BofA is kind of doing this kinda)! Sorry Wells Fargo, I don't regret dumping you and your archaic ATMs for Chase! read more

To be honest I don't understand how Chase allows you guys to operate the way you do. Unprofessional, lazy, and simply rude people who do not care about their customers what so ever work here. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. TRUST ME! read more

This place is a disaster. You walk in and there are 2 ATMs right in the center stage of the building. There was an empty teller station in the back. In my opinion, that's a terrible design. Why not have it set up like other branches where there are 3 ATMs outside, and a few tellers inside? The design is screaming " understaffed!". All I needed was to deposit some money, and other patrons told me to sign in. There was one overworked staff running around, I had to flag her down to ask for assistance. Really, is there a need to sign in when I needed to deposit money and exchange it for lower bills? Line went as quickly as it could for one staff running it. I would rather go to the location at Westminster mall or on Magnolia ( even though that one had one teller station too, they usually have 3-4 staff floating around to help out too) read more

I absolutely hate how things are run here. There's only one teller to help people and there's always a long line. After seeing the teller, I'm still waiting, while they help other people. I just needed a cashier's check... why is it taking so long? It should be printed right after I hand you the money, no? So frustrating! read more

I visit the branch almost everyday to make my daily deposit and exchange currency for my company. I have never seen such piss poor customer service before until today. I just literally left the branch speechless. One of the bank advisor was asked for help at the ATM, while the advisor was chit chatting with another client. Her reaction was nothing more than annoyed. Her attitude towards the person in need was condescending and treated her like a child. I understand language barrier can be an issue, but not kindergarten cutesy language. She even had the audacity to return to her chit chatting with the other person and even cracked jokes about the client, as the client was still standing there about to leave! Seriously wtf Chase, JP Morgan gotta have better training or seems lack thereoff at this place. read more

Not impressed with the new Chase. Inefficient way for customers to handle their transactions. There were two ATMs and one counter replacing teller windows. Every bank should have at least one or two teller windows. I was helped but shared with another client on the same small counter I felt insecure because it wasn't professional and not private. I felt awkward to be next to their client so I stepped further away so we both have our spaces. After paying for my credit card I was asked to sit and wait for my receipt. If there was a traditional teller window I would have stepped out already but instead the new system tellers are to go to the back and grab the receipts. Again, not impressed. If you want privacy go to other Chase locations. If you don't mind ATMs I think they have drive thru too. read more

It feels odd Yelping a bank but this location is doing it all wrong. Long lines, no tellers, 3 machines and everyone in front of me had issues with the technology. The only time I physically go into the bank is because I know I need a teller's assistance, I don't understand the point of replacing all tellers with the machines. I cash two checks, one isn't accepted so the teller had to help me, she took my debit card into the back...what?!? You should be doing this in front of me not taking my card out of my sight. I also wanted to transfer money from a prepaid card into my account (I've done this before with no issues) they told me it's considered a cash advance and I need to check with the card company if I can do this. I left and went to my regular Chase bank to finish my transactions. read more
