Terrible customer service don't try to apply for a credit card, you will be accepted, then go to use your BRAND NEW CARD and have it be declined. Not to mention when you call in NOTHING is done to help you except saying wait 24-48 hours.... I APPLIED FOR A REASON, 3 days later still nothing and without my line of credit. Doubt there will be anything they do to remedy the situation other than a firm "Sorry" Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union who will be there to help you when you need it read more

Walked in sat down. No one asked if I needed help or anything. I walked over to the teller after sitting waiting and being passed over for 15 minutes only for them to send me to the security guard to check to see if anything available. He was talking to a customer. The customer saw me waiting and excused herself so the guard can help me. The guard asked what did I need help with and said oh we only have one banker today by you can go to the tellers and they can help you. He then asked me again what did I need. I said thak you and left. Not a very good first impression for someone that wanted to open an account. read more

I have been a long time Chase customer. This review is about customer service at this location. One star only because that's the lowest. I went thru ATM to get cash. ATM gave $300 of $20s. Went inside to exchange $20s for $100s and was told by the guy at the window they could not do this without running it thru my account. I asked, you can't exchange cash for cash without running thru my account? He said no, it was a Chase policy. Then he seemed to try to make up some illogical policy on the spot. I went to a second Chase location and they did this cheerfully and quickly without questions. What an arrogant ass the guy was at the Mill location. Another customer walked outside behind me and said "your guy must be pretty stupid, the guy at the next window gave me my cash without running thru my account." Manager of this branch need to pay more attention to training and listening to their customer service training. read more

I've been to this location a few times. Unfortunately I still have to use this location. What really stinks about some of the Chase locations is that they never ask you which account you want to deposit your money in. I have multiple and joint accounts. So I walk in the bank and Sam the teller made me wait while he was throwing away some plastic bag type trash, counting money, and playing with his terminal. I was the only customer there and the other teller was helping a customer. I finally put my card in and explicitly told Sam not to deposit this check in our joint account and to put it in my personal account. I said it three times. So I get my receipt and then went to my car. In my car I opened up the Chase app and low and behold he put my deposit in the joint account NOT my personal account. I went back Inside and had him transfer my deposit to the correct account. He wasn't pleasant to deal with. Professional people need to LISTEN to the customer. After I finished I went outside to my car called the branch on the phone and tried to get the branch manager on the phone. The lady that answered the phone wasn't the manager but assured me that Sam would be talked to. I hope this happens. I gave 0 stars for Sam and 2 stars if he gets reprimanded or let go before I go to that branch again. read more

Today I had the honor of talking to a Rep named Talon, however that was such a cool name that I mistaken it for " Calvin," Lol. What a guy he let me call him Calvin for most the conversation. So it is never a convenient time to call a bank to fix a few things lets be real people, So even though I was rude, pushy and in more of a hurry than anyone on hold as we feel on a Monday. I was greeted and told Talon my problem well I may have yelled my problem because the previous person I got seemed a little uninterested. Talon listened and let me blow off steam as well. So he described in detail and itemized the issue at hand, as well as talked to me as if he cared , He never made me feel like an idiot as it was my oversight. He answered all my questioned, And later in the conversation gave me kudos for keeping my accounts in line and only having this issue. Wow I have been banking since this was Washington Mutual years back and he was right. although I had an oversight on my part. He did NOT make me feel like a idiot that had road rage. I even connected with this young man with his easy going personality. Talon let me tell you, Thank from a loyal customer that was quick to point a finger at Chase and not take accountability for my error. I hope I get you again on the line if I screw up again. Talon Chase is lucky to have you, because you could talk a man down from a ledge and if they do not treat you right down the road or see your skills. You will go far my friend. Every single employee remembers you by first name basis and makes you feel like an important client. I come to this Chase bank about twice a week to deposit checks for the business I work for. I have always loved the people here and have always had a great experience. Until this most recent time. I'm going to try to find a new location all because one teller was rude was disrespectful. I do not know her name, but I do not enjoy someone telling me that I need to do certain things when I've never had to do it before, and then talking down on me. She gave me all kinds of reasons about why they don't do thing "this" way and continued to reason with because it took too long for the other customers waiting (there were none). When I told her that it's never been an issue before, she started asking questions about who wasn't following the procedure, and made it seem like she was going to try to get them into trouble. There have been three people who I constantly interact with and have all done the same thing. It seemed like she was the one who wasn't accommodating and really shouldn't work in an area for customer service. It's sad that one person can change the entire experience of a place.
