I appreciate Shaquana and Bernadette always being so nice to me, even when I don't deserve it. My apologies to the teller today. I came in having a full blown anxiety attack. I was already late and had 30 seconds to deposit several checks and hop back into my double parked cab. Shaquana interrupted her lunch break and came and gave me the cash I needed. I didn't even wait for a deposit receipt, but when I checked online it was all taken care of. As a real estate agent who knows this neighborhood very well, I cannot recommend this bank highly enough to all of my clients. While the ATM inside the bank can be an inconvenience, their personal service is truly outstanding! Special thanks to Margaret Elia, who always had time to say hello to my Chihuahua! They are the best, bar none!

I also don't like how they charge $1.50 for some purchases at stores, not all but some. Their savings account policy used to be that I MUST keep $500 in the account at all times unless I be penalized. I say "used to" because I got out of that arrangement a few years back. Banking isn't in its best state these days but I say shop around. I'm going to. I think I've been yanked around enough times.

It was amazing to see how a bank could be constructed, seemingly, overnight. The bank I'm speaking of is the Ridgewood Savings Bank at 2520 East 17th Street near Avenue Y (next door to Petco and across from Super Stop & Shop). I kept stopping by every now and then to find out when they would be having their grand opening. I didn't want to miss the "Free Gifts" and had dreams of getting a little piggy keychain, like the one I got at Banco Popular. You can check out our entire review at our website.

Sometimes the rate is less than other banks, but when I speak with Miss Turner, she always tries to give me a comparable rate. She's very helpful and diligent and smart. I really look forward to visiting this Bank Because she makes my visit so pleasant. She also manages the bank and all the workers here are friendly and helpful. Banks are usually busy and chaotic but not this branch. It is run extremely well due to Miss Turners efforts. anybody living in the Fort Green Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn I would recommend this bank as anan excellent resource in My community.

On several occasions I've overheard tellers speaking Spanish to customers. That's commendable good customer care. On this occasion I accompanied my parents to close their safe deposit box.  Michael Marino helped us go through the process. Even if he didn't outright put a big smile on his face, he was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We really appreciated what he did for us during this visit.  We also enjoyed the short but pleasant small talk. The location is central and convenient, off on Main Street downtown Freehold. But the flip side is having to put up with crazy downtown traffic and lights, which could add 5-10 minutes during rush hours.  Ample parking in its own parking lot, accessible both from the Main Street and side street.  Interior is vast, well lit, and clean.  Overall, I'm very satisfied with this Wells Fargo Branch.  I would highly recommend it.
