Upon arrival, we were greeted by the assistant manager Madonna which was extremely hospitable & helpful in getting her taken care of. The branch supervisor Barbara, did great in getting matters sorted out for us & making sure that we were informed of all things dealing with the account. While there, I personally saw Madonna handle several unpleasant customers with the greatest & most professional of mannerisms. Definitely round of applause to this Branch. I trust them with all of her banking needs & can tell that all upcoming customers moving forward will be in good hands. Go Northfield!!!

Each time I visit I grab a ticket and never wait more than 15 minutes, get to the window and tell them what I need and I'm out. Easy as that. Apart from that they give City employees nice loans and mostly no fee savings/checking accounts. They even have a no fee coin counting machine. One thing that needs to be greatly improved on at all locations are the ATM machines. They're dated compared to other banks but they do serve their purpose. I'd continue to use this location and will recommend it to all of my civil servant brothers/sisters.
