I think it's super cute that when I bring my dog and use the drive up teller, they give him dog treats. He certainly is impressed as well. Exiting the parking lot is tricky. It's right on Main Street in Milltown and unfortunately for me, I have to make a left to get home, which is near impossible. The exit is right by a turning lane for cars to turn left onto Ford Ave. Really dangerous intersection.

Much to my dismay , no funds were received. Mind you historically I receive wire transfer funds within 2-3 days. Thus, I was pretty sure I submitted everything according to plans. No to be so, after a whole week of no money, I began hysterically looking for a solution! I contacted everyone in the desperate attempts to locate why I had not received any funds in my bank account. Mind you, the wired amount was by no means a small amount. It was not insignificant either. Thus I called my bank first, no deposit. I called my Bank in the Philippines, they said unequivocally the funds had been transferred successfully and this matter is now closed. I immediately began a frantic call to BNY their staff had indeed located the funds however my initiating bank of the Philippines neglected important information regarding my account number. While BPI claimed to have wired the funds their department failed to include additional critical information. BNY thank you for continuing to provide support, and excellence in your performance. With all due respect. I am so happy Paula also went the extra distance and offered support above and beyond. Truly grateful.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the unprofessional way Bayonne Community Bank has…read morehandled my checking account and recent fraud incident. I feel their actions were negligent in handling my account because they cleared, not once, but twice, a mobile transaction from my account to a bogus account, an account that the check was not even written out to. It's been about 6 weeks and many phone calls and misinformation and passing the buck around and I still did not fully recover from my losses. Additionally, I was asked from BCB to contact the suspect's bank to find the person who opened the account and I told them that I didn't feel comfortable doing their investigative work. The bank has a fiduciary responsible and an ethical obligation to act in the best interest of its clients when managing their money. I don't feel BCB was doing enough and working in my best interest to recover my losses so, I took the next step and filed a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Division who regulates all banks with the hopes that this matter will get resolved.
