If there's a line, you usually don't have to wait long because the people who work here are super efficient and always come in as back up to move the line along if needed. I am in and out at this location with no trouble at all! They also frequently help out the local community. They allowed a local girl scouts troupe earlier this month to set up a stand inside the bank and sell girl scout cookies. They always have a donation cup on the counter going towards a different charity organization. They are definitely a "community-oriented" branch. In terms of TD Bank as an institution regardless of location, I've been banking with them for 10+ years now and I have yet to run into any problems with their policies or my bank account.

I handed him the deposit slip and cash. He ask is this for 'rent' payment, mind you I had my TD bankcard in hand. I replied why, it's a deposit my name is on the slip. I see a CS TD person walking by and asked why is Deepak asking dumb questions, instead of just taking my TD bankcard and processing the deposit. So Isaac says, we're a bank we're suppose to ask questions....Really. So I'm still on line waiting for the teller, Isabella (sp?). I asked her who is the manager, she said she is! I asked if she witnessed both conversations. She replied yes, and I will talk to them. Thank you! So if I were someone else making a cash deposit, would they ask me stupid questions as well? Did they assume I could not afford to make a large cash deposit to my personal account...that it HAD to be rental payment?? Really... Typically this branch is very good. I've done business there for over 10 years. I see there is high turnover and wonder if training or customer service is an issue. Don't make assumptions about a customer's financial situation before looking at the documents presented to you!!!!

How is making a disabled senior citizen trek to a branch unnecessarily part of "america's most convenient bank". NOWHERE in any of their promotional literature or application for a CD do they mention that a branch visit is mandatory at the conclusion of the CD's term.
