Although I primarily bank at the Little Silver Branch, I do enjoy coming here every once in awhile as it is conveniently located along Route 35 in Shrewsbury. Only down side to this branch is that they still have not installed an ATM Machine in the drive thru lane. You still have to park your car and go inside to have ATM access.

But why does a customer have to be put in the position of correcting incompetent employees. PNC should invest some time in training, wtf, is happening to this country. Is this the new normal, or what? Needless to say, I closed my account, shame on you PNC, I'll do business elsewhere.
