Once, I waited in line (only 1 person ahead of me already with a teller) for 14 minutes. I had to go outside to feed the meter during that wait time, as I had put only 10 min. of parking time on it. I came back in; nothing had changed....the same customer was still with the same teller. When I mentioned that 14 min. was a long time to cash a check, the teller rebuffed me, saying "oh, I'm sure it wasn't 14 min"! But, it was! I avoided this branch for years after that, driving all the way to Long Branch every week to bank. A few years have gone by; the tellers are attentive and greet you when you walk in. There is free parking for 6 cars (tight!). I haven't waited 14 min. in years, for any teller service. Great turn-around.

Although I primarily bank at the Little Silver Branch, I do enjoy coming here every once in awhile as it is conveniently located along Route 35 in Shrewsbury. Only down side to this branch is that they still have not installed an ATM Machine in the drive thru lane. You still have to park your car and go inside to have ATM access.

What the hell happened to professional presentation? I understand the effort in diversity Chase, but you really need to recruit people who present a professional image. I don't want to do business with a bank that makes me worry about the employees working for them. Also there was another teller who looks like she just got out of bed without combing her hair! I appreciate individuality , but tattoos and wild uncombed hair belongs in NYC East village not in a corporate bank! Oh and by the way, the gentlemen at the desk didn't appear pressured to take care of a waiting dad and his young son. He was casually talking to another customer leaning back on his chair while supporting his head engaged in small talk. The father and son waited before getting fed up and walking out.
