In all I was there about 20 minutes at lunch time, why no extra tellers at busy times? In contrast I went to BBVA in Rowlett to make a deposit. Walked in and was greeted by 3 people and my financial advisor before I ever saw the teller, made my deposit, got a sucker for my kid and was back in my car in under 10 mins and there were 3 customers ahead of me... Chase Bank lost my business in 2009 and I see no reason to doubt my decision...
