I went into Chase bank this morning with my husband to discuss an alarming situation of money being taken out of my account without my consent. I was told by Chase customer service to go into my local branch and they would provide DOCUMENTATION as to why funds were taken out of my account with out my consent. Upon speaking with Danny Figuera, all he could provide me with was a phone number of someone to contact in regards to the matter of MY funds being taken out of MY bank account. My husband kindly asked to speak to a manager in order to provide an explanation as to WHY NO documentation could be provided to me, the bank account holder. KEVIN P. HUST is the branch manager that came in and explained to my husband and myself that there was NO WAY of the CHASE branch to provide ANY documents as to WHY money was taken out of my account. My husband then asked if there was a policy IN WRITING that we could look at to explain this circumstance, KEVIN P. HUST response was a very ARROGANT No. My husband then pulled out his phone to record KEVIN P. HUST so we could have our own RECORD of this alarming dialogue from a large bank entity. Upon my husband pulling out his phone to cordially record the dialogue, KEVIN P. HUST said that CAMERAS were NOT ALLOWED. We asked to see where in writing around the branch did it say that NO CAMERAS were allowed, again, KEVIN P. HUST could not provide an answer, or policy, stating no cameras are allowed. KEVIN P. HUST then called the police on us due to our camera trying to record the fabrications coming out of KEVIN P. HUST MOUTH. NO documents were ever provided to us, and NO POLICY AT CHASE STATES NO CAMERAS. This is the WORST "customer service" I have ever received at a CHASE bank. KEVIN P. HUST has lied just to think that I would accept his answer with our providing any documentation. KEVIN P. HUST has no idea what Customer Service is and never apologized for his TERRIBLE service and lies. Be very wary that people like KEVIN P. I have been to this Chase location twice and both times completely regretted it. As soon as you walk in and you are greeted with a cheerful "hello welcome to Chase", but unfortunately that is where the customer service ends. Recently, I've had problems with Chase ATMs, so I prefer to deposit cash with a teller in person. However both times I visited this location it was like pulling teeth to deposit cash into my account. The first time they were literally unable to find my account, even though I had both my ID and ATM Card, it took almost 20 minutes before they were unable to locate it and deposit my money. The second time, I was told I was unable to deposit cash even though I had my CHASE ATM DEBIT CARD, as well as my school ID (with photo), AND I asked them If i could just answer a security question, but i was told NO because I did not have a "valid government issued ID and therefore they cannot put money into said account." I was very persistent and fortunately able to deposit my money, no thanks to the Chase employee. The Chase off of Frankford in Carrolton has excellent customer service, and I have never had an issue. Therefore I will continue to visit that location vs this one, and I suggest anyone reading this should find another better location as well. read more

Dishonest and deceptive service -- could see another WellsFargo in the making. My wife and I recently moved to Plano and have been looking for a bank were we could also have a safety deposit box. The bank rep named Jeremith and backed and endorsed by her manager, Armeen, have been hesitant to answer a simple question like - "do you have a safety deposit box available?". They would instead ask us questions like "how much balance will you bring", "what other products would you buy"....just the sales practices that got another big bank into trouble. Sad to see a brand like Chase not being customer-first. This is particularly disappointing as I am a Chase Sapphire Reserve card customer and spend handsomely on my card every year. This Chase branch has very inexperienced tellers who were unable to run a simple cash advance transaction. I had to drive to another Chase branch at Legacy and Lebanon to conduct my transaction. And the tellers there knew exactly what they were doing. Chase needs to invest in training their tellers instead of just opening fancy new branch locations. Absolutely useless location. Stopped in to order a desk check to buy a car today. Was told I would have to order a desk check from a banker who was meeting with someone or I could go online. The whole point of a desk check is when you are out of checks and need one right away. Was also going to talk to them about possibly financing my be vehicle but if this no employee available, self-help online is the wave of their future I'm done with them. Beautiful bank, just don't come here if you need to get change turned into cash. Apparently chase only deals with coins in rolls. I find it funny that they love taking your money at banks but they never go out of their way to see how they can help you. Which makes zero sense because they wouldn't exist without their customers. Enter the branch and you will have several of their employees including their branch manager giving you a hype like everybody is here for you - asked this guy Mathew if they have some water & great response, sure Sir, waited 5 minutes, nothing, was called in by another great greeting employee at counter with 'May I help', again asked if I can get some water, she says, sure, right away!, even told her, Mathew said same and she laughs and says wao, Mathew O Mathew, he forgets, I thought now I am very close to some water and she says, she will make sure that someone takes us to this great place where they have some water!! and kept waiting and noone appears! I start to find myself for a place where I can see some water bottle in this 8M USD facilty as their branch manager brags for ! and ask a gentleman sitting in office who finally exposes that we donot have any water bottle! AMAZING!!!!! what a branch where 8M USD is spent for a private partner relation and does not have a bottle of water to offer to customers - all these employees are running around to show like they are doing great for every client, but are they really taking care of clients!! is it enough to just ask 3 times and not even care what they put this client waiting for!!! incredible!! read more

Leave me alone to handle my personal banking transactions. If I have any questions I will ask. That is why I came inside the bank. Not to be swarmed & asked a bunch of questions with no regard to confidentiality or privacy or personal space. All of that hyper-service to be told 3 times there are no transaction stations so I could not be present for the process. No I DO NOT want to hand you my ID and banking info for you to run off somewhere I am unwelcomed while you to process MY transaction with out ME. That is why i came inside the bank. Her best decision of the day.... having me rush to a different location that DOES have transactional stations to complete MY transaction 20 minutes before closing. SMH. Chase some people dont have any appreciation for the excessive contact, over the top communication or being treated as if they are simpletons.
