My sister recommended Prestige CCU, and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. Ashley Powell made the account opening process smooth, easy, and welcoming, and Mary Lopes was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my loan. Both of them provided exceptional customer service, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like a valued member from the very beginning. I am extremely happy with my experience and truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness I received. I look forward to being a member of Prestige CCU for many years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a financial institution that genuinely cares about its members!

Resource One did not give me an explanation for telling me what wasn't true and I sure didn't get an apology. Caution! Beware!

So far, I haven't had any issues and going into the branch, has been pleasant. I will say, the "freeze" option they have for their debit card, I feel, is somewhat pointless. It is great when traveling or if you're wanting to avoid unknown fees, but that's as far as it goes. With USAA, I would freeze my card and that froze all transactions that were trying to be submitted. Navy, it still allows transactions for merchants that you've used your debit cards for.
