This is a really beautiful bank branch and it's inside the Chase Tower. of course and it's on the first floor, which is actually kind of like the second floor and you go up the escalators or an elevator. That is way too slow and have you arrived for at least 15 minutes so I just walked up the escalator Which was blocked for some reason. I love how modern it is and I love y'all and it is in their seats all around where you can enjoy relaxing after a nice walk downtown in Milwaukee Wisconsin. There's also one ATM machine right outside if the bank branch is closed because it's open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and not on the weekends. There's also a Dunkin' Donuts right across the elevator on the ground level so you can have coffee and donuts as well. Across the street is the Chase Tower parking lot for $215 a month or $143 for unreserved parking a month. read more

The staff here truly go above and beyond to make a visit to the bank pleasant. The "greeter" that guides you when you come in seems unnecessary at first, but is actually very helpful (and again, very pleasant). The tellers seem to actually be in a good mood and are very engaging. Chase itself as a bank is nothing special. But the atmosphere here is oddly worth a drive out of your way if you need a pick-me-up to a blah day of running errands in the city. read more

I would not recommend opening an account at Chase if you are interested in a bank that cares about their customer's needs. The bank has no coin machine to assist their customers with depositing loose change they have been saving up. Instead of one of the biggest banks in the nation spending the money on a coin machine, they require their customers to count and wrap the coins themselves, in order to be deposited. Or you can ,of course, take it to a change counter and pay 10% to count it. Last time I checked, coins were still money and should be considered in bank services. Now, I am in search of a bank that actually still cares about non-corporate customers. read more

I came here this morning to cash a check my employer wrote out to me because direct deposit failed on Friday. When I asked the bank teller to waive the $8 fee to cash one of their own checks she said she couldn't. I asked for the manager. The managers name is Crystal. When I asked her to waive the $8 fee she said, " I could, I could but, I won't". WOW! How bold! She asked me to go to another bank, ANOTHER BANK?!!! To cash one of their own checks. Chase informs me that there is NOTHING that they could do to help me. It was a sizable purchase so now my holidays are trashed. Even though Chase claims to not have the right to recover the money at least do something for the customer. You guys make a ton of money by holding our money in your bank. Chase We have been with Chase Bank for 45 years and have most of our accounts there including checking, credit cards, our mortgage, and my retirement accounts. I have never been treated by ANYONE IN MY WHOLE LIFE like I was just treated today, 12/18/21. We went into the Franklin office for a simple transfer from my IRA to our checking account. The first officer could not open the required transaction forms on his computer so he asked his associate to help. This has already taken 15 to 20 minutes. As we went over to her cubicle, he put his coat on and left early. Coincidence? I think the whole thing went south we she asked me why I was asking for the withdrawal/ transfer. She didn't like my response which was because it's my money? She never explained that there are certain categories the form requires the request be assigned to. And the transaction went down hill from there. Next we were told that because it was a weekend, the transfer was not real time and would take place on Monday after she faxed the documents in. FAXED? In this day and age? Are you kidding me? FAXED!! So we were given the choice of waiting 10 minutes for a printed fax confirmation or we could go without it. About the time when I asked her if she could email the confirmation to us we were told no, and asked to leave her cubicle and eventually the building because she didn't appreciate our attitude. So, we left and I'll bet you anything, when we check on Monday, it will not have been done. Ms. DD you don't have the temperament to serve your customers in a competent or professional manner. Quite frankly, you would be better suited asking people if they want fries with their burgers. Maybe you could handle that! We will see if you transferred OUR money on Monday and then start looking for a new bank! Hopefully one that promotes competency and demands employees prioritize great customer service. As I glided up the escalator in the impressive building that houses Chase Bank today, I couldn't help but feel that I've arrived in the world. No, I'm not all that and a bag of chips. I'm a small town girl whose hometown had one stoplight and a couple of three story buildings that graced its skyline. And for the last five years I've banked at a small local bank in Milwaukee because that's in my blood and is what I gravitated to. But still, I got a new job working in the financial district and needed something more convenient. Chase sent me a direct mailing piece to incentivize me with cash for converting - sign me up! Signing up was a breeze and a pleasure with Chase's streamlined process. Be careful, mature and thoughtful if you accept the challenge because if you answer yes to a few questions, like authorizing Chase to pay your charges when you don't have money in your account - you could get hit with big time fees. Take care, young grasshopper! A huge benefit is Chase's online payment system that is simple and intuitive to set up. And a nice, extremely handy bonus is a mobile app that is really easy to use. The icing on the cake is the fact that my car loan is through Chase and is a breeze to pay now. From a nice convenient location to feature-added services, big banks can be a good deal. Just stopped-in for some notarizing. The employees are still peppy & nice. During our banter, I even caught a bit of under-her-breath humor at the expense of Chase the Great and Powerful. No doubt it was slightly whispered as to not set off the corporate dissent alarms linked to tiny microphones under each desk. I'm blaming myself for the $4 I had to pay for parking in a 30-minute, bank customer only, spot. I parked in the garage for the short side of 15 minutes. Maybe if I put my ticket in a different machine, at a different exit, it would have charged me less? That confused me greatly. But, the notarization was free. And the notary couldn't be more excited about watching, and possibly joining, the Brew City Bruisers. Bonus points for consistent & seemingly authentic cheer. My feelings are similar to those expressed in Rachel's review. I actually feel guilty for banking with Chase due to my own personal political issues with the business. I am no longer eligible to bank with UW Credit Union, or really anywhere that wants me to have nice credit. I can't even obtain a credit card anywhere. Chase allows me to have a checking account with them, which is nice. Direct depositing, free ATMs, and online banking make me like the company. This location has such nice employees. I've said this to my boyfriend before. All Chase Banks have the nicest employees, ever. I can always get a personal banker at this location AND they have a freaking drive thru, down town! read more

Rip off. Plain and simple. The main Chase Bank branch in Milwaukee charged me $150 in fees I did not owe, then canceled my account when I complained. I sued in circuit court. The bank admitted it charged hundreds of other customers fees they didn't owe. The case was settled. The bank spent $50,000 fighting discovery. This branch lost my payment. Then it took three weeks to find it. Then they still accrued interest even though they were at fault. The rest of Chase is also complete garbage.
