I would give them a 1-star except for one employee at the counter that so goes out of her way for you and that is appreciated. Wells Fargo is a hot mess. There is another bank that has reopened branches in our area and I have cautiosly been moving banking services to them. So far so good. Wells Fargo branches just dont do anything anymore. My bank card never arrived, they cant help. My checkbook reorder never arrived, they can't help. And the one thing they were supposed to help with they never got back to me on.

I retain a small savings account with them which is a requirement if a member plans to obtain a loan. I spoke with Angela who had a very nonchalant method of communicating about my concerns of numerous fees and my account lockage by stating "I don't know what you want me to tell you, it's up to the customer to monitor their account and contact us when charged a bad address fee". FDUFCU has numerous forms of contact information and continuously fail to provide customer service. Unless they hire/train new staff, take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely gorgeous campus....the mansion, Italian Gardens and fountains were breathtaking…read more Just coming from parent orientation and new student overnight orientation and I am so excited for my child. The university has so much to offer to its students and families. They give back so so so much to the students. They will never be bored and may not even want to come home unless it is mandatory. This alone made me want to attend college all over again. Hearing the Dean, professors, safety, academic support, Financal and as Connor Leary said himself "event coordinator" in charge of the Campus Life office and Floram programming committee and all OL's and RA's speak to us about everything they would offer my student was remarkable. I am so glad my daughter chose Fairleigh Dickenson as her college and her second home. I know she will be very happy and extremely safe and busy...busy...busy.... I have a state disability check and BOA won't let the deposit go through without putting a hold on…read moreit for at least five days. Sometimes they will lift it this time they won't. I rely on that money to get paid. They are very insensitive to their customers needs. It isn't going to bounce. It is a monthly state check. They want to collect late fees when technically the money should be there because the state check would have covered it. I'm looking to change banks.
