I asked my son who just turned adult to open an account here since they are offering $400 incentive last 2/10/2026 with 4 checks from Dept of Treasury.And they just closed it 2/20/26 so we called their customer service who is so hard to understand and not a great help either.And we received a letter from chase stating that they are closing the acct because they're protecting it against fraud,we also have to go to SS and get a proof that the 4 checks that we deposited really is a real check that Dept of Treasury sent us and then we have to go back to chase again and present it.Chase said that their fraud dept will investigate it and will send the check back,and nothing happened,we have to call and went back there again yesterday 3/2/2026 and same thing,it's a waste of time because they just keep running around in circles and said he'll call this morning around 930, so we just waited and we have to call almost 11 am and he promised again to call my son back around 4 pm today.This is so disappointing! BTW,there was 1 check from 4 that was deposited to the 2nd acct that my son opened again from them but where is the 3 other checks? Had someone hack my account I reported it to chase changed all my info several times they hacked it again , done to fraudulent checks , 2 reversals to put money into my account to make fake insurance payments , I had a restriction put on my account to stop this from happening they tried again today for more money ? I reported before it even happened ! 8 different phone calls to people who can't even speak English clearly to help you ! Very very inconsistent service here. I love the lady up front with the braids I can't remember her name lol, however she's always a big help! With that said.... Everyone else in there treats you like a number and like you are wasting their time. I went in just to order a debit card and I had to wait for the bank manager to help me just to find out she was too busy to help me. Was going down Carson, hoping to find a Chase bank and, lo and behold, found one! This Chase didn't pop up when I was checking GoogleMaps, so I was definitely surprised to see it when the bf and I was cruising. Nice-sized parking lot, and there's a drive-thru ATM. When walking inside, it's very clean. Looks pretty new. I just needed to make a quick withdrawal, so I went to the island counters, filled out a withdrawal form, went to the window, slid my debit card, put in my code, and waited for the gentleman to process my withdrawal request. The only thing that threw me off is that he said "20, 40, 50, 80, 100" when he was counting the $20 bills. And, because I count in my head while they're counting, it completely confused me for a second when he said "50". Then my brain caught up with me, checked that there were the correct number of $20 bills, and I was fine. But, geez, that could be a liability if they somehow record their employees or their customers (although I think the recording of voices is illegal unless someone a signage is put up that recordings are in process). Anyways, it was a very quick transaction, and I was in and out of the door in under 2 minutes. Not much of a line on a Saturday morning, plentiful parking, and had no real issues. read more

I opened up a business checking account with Chase Bank. About a month later I go to use my account and the account was closed. I then contacted the branch, and after an hour wait on the phone I was told the account was closed due to lack of information on the account. I got no warning no phone call no E-mail, no letter until after the fact. I then received a check made out in my business name for the remaining balance on the closed account. I then took the check to the branch to try to cash it and they refused to honor their own check issued by them. I am a new business and was set back substantially because of this. I opened this account with Chase, because of their good reputation and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and bad attitude of the bank manager. I will not recommend Chase Bank to anyone trying to prosper, because it probably won't happen. read more

I had been helped by the assistant manger and others at this branch before for a business trust. They were great! Specifically, I'd visit to request copies of statements and/or checks, because up to that point Chase told me my account type did not permit online banking. I had even been to other nearby branches for the same request. For most, online access is a must for convenience. My case was no exception since this was the real estate business of a recently deceased family member. There was a great need for online access for accounting/bookkeeping and tax purposes... Each branch visit they would ask, "If you need transactions or checks printed, why don't you have online banking?". My reply was always that I had been told it wasn't allowed. I even sat through multiple sessions of banker attempts to contact their Chase policy and procedures team, only to be shot down. My last few visits, in anticipation of the bankers asking me why I didn't have online banking, I plainly told the bankers: "Hello, I'd like to get some check copies because my account type doesn't allow for online banking". But my last encounter ended differently! Ismelda Sanchez, a bank officer, was able to contact her support team and get access after all of my prior attempts! Why the single star you ask? Well, the supposed "Relationship Banker" was so condescending and confrontational, that I decided to no longer continue my relationship with Chase. The ironic part is that I would have forgiven all the past mistakes Chase bankers had made, but the one that fixes the problem is the one that loses my business. I had even planned on moving over substantial accounts and deposits in coming weeks. Very disheartening and unfortunate. read more

Came here on the Friday before July 4th weekend which was a huge mistake because I guess all their tellers are on vacation. My dad wanted to open an account and there's only one person working on opening accounts. There was only one teller working as well so the line was almost out the door. I saw quite a few people come in and walk out immediately. I'm not sure why they aren't using the ATM for their deposits... The bank has two ATMS inside and Drive through ATMs as well. I usually come here to deposit money through the drive through ATM. I am never making the mistake of taking someone here to open an account again though. We waited over 30 minutes to be seen. I would recommend driving down the street to a different chase if you're opening a new account! read more

So my husband had an account with chase for yrs. Someone had a hold of his account and empties his account. When he went to this location to try to resolve it-they state theres nothing they can do because it was an "untrace-able" account. So he called customer service multiple times (it was alot of money.) So they're just waiting this out....so I told him to close the account. He threatened to close the account and they said if he does they will no longer investigate. Chase kept charging him for all kinds of fees. Fees for not having money in his account?? Because he had no money- they charged him---then it became a negative and they still charged him. So my husband had the account opened for 3 yrs after this situation---nothing was done!! He kept calling for a follow up and nothing! So finally 3 yrs of them supposedly "investigating" he finally close the account. 3 yrs of leaving the account open with no money because they kept charging for random fees. He stopped using the card for along time. He's never been more happy to move on to LBSFCU. Their overdraft fee was nowhere near chase fees. Customer service was beyond better. And they actually took care of him. He had his account froze because they suspected fraud vs. Chase. read more

Went to chase at 4:30pm to open an account. Was turned away by the branch manager and told to make an appointment for the next day because she had to leave by 5pm And no one else would be available to help me. Although there were 2 other personal bankers in the branch. She informed me they needed up to an hour to open an account. Had I been made aware of this from the website or shown a disclaimer somewhere, I would have adjusted my schedule to make sure I came in at a timely hour. When I Spoke with customer service and asked was this a policy she initially said yes, but then said it was up to that branch to decided. She then said it's not a policy but a "process" they go by. And it's not just them everyone does it. All banks. Which isn't true. I've opened 2 accounts at banks in the past both of which took an average of 25-30 minutes. Never an hour. Better business practices are needed about this. read more

You can't beat a chase drive-thru I have only gone in once and they were very attentive and helpful. There is plenty of tellers so you never wait a long time to be serviced. I love the drive thru lane there are two lanes and I've never experienced them being out of service... there is nothing more annoying then to go to a bank with a drive- thru only for it to say not in service.. at this chase that has never been an issue read more

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I came in last Friday to deposit a check into my account. The same work check and the same account I do every time I get paid and for no reason my check was out on a SEVEN DAY HOLD. I went inside to see why this was happening and I was told by someone named Arcelia that the funds should be posted the next day and if not I could email her first thing in the morning and she would help me. Well, the funds were NOT posted and I emailed her and got no response. I called around noon and was told that Arcelia was not in at the moment and that they would have her call me back and I did not get a call back until hours later as I was on my way to work. She then told me that my funds would be posted by Monday and that if they weren't the check would be MAILED out to me. Well the funds didn't post on Monday and so I decided to call her yesterday to see how long I'd be waiting for the check to come in the mail. I was told that Arcelia was now on vacation and that I would not be able to reach her but someone else would call me that day as soon as they were done with their current costumer. Well, I wasn't called till HOURS LATER while I was at work and was left a voicemail saying I had about 10 minutes to call him back. What???!! So I call again this morning and of course the man I was supposed to talk to left chase early today and yet again I'd have to wait for someone else to call me back. Less than 40 second wait, Christopher behind the counter quickly took care of my routine Saturday banking errands. I then asked if they can send me the new debit card. Here are the highlights to the five star service: 1) Upon a quick glance at the potential wait if he sent me to one of the bankers, he decided to print the new card and it was ready within a minute. 2) I was about to leave but he asked to make sure all's OK by having me test the card with my pin. I haven't used the card for a while so couldn't recall it. 3) After my 3rd incorrect pin attempts, and Christopher seeing there's no one else in line waiting for the teller, he suggested he'll set me up with a new pin at one of the cubicles. 4) Within 30 seconds, we're now at the cubicle and setting up my pin. However, the keypad attached via the USB, as they sometime do, is physically connected but not being picked up by the computer. He quickly traced the wire by tugging it, reconnected it twice before the keypad was recognized again by the computer. 5) Through all of this, he engaged with two broad questions. One about the weather and two what I do, keeping the process cordial and professional while speedily taking care of the request. Thanks for that balance of friendly customer service, anticipating potential issues, and quick resolution. Five stars to you and this branch. read more
