You get great service at this branch. They greet you upon entering and the tellers are so kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. read more

Came in today, basically walked right up the the teller. Withdrew money and able to walk out without a hassle. The parking is convenient and the place is clean. The tellers were friendly and I was able to get what I needed read more

I absolutely hate this Chase bank. There is always something wrong with their ATM and never can deposit cash or it won't accept checks. There's always an issue with the ATM and I always have to drive to San Bernardino or Redlands. Because they're ATM machines always work. I wish they would make a new Chase and Highland to serve us better than this Chase. read more

Took my mom to get another Debit card because she lost hers and to update her new address and information. I thought for sure that it was going to be a long and grueling process, but to my surprise...It was super fast! Employees were friendly and helpful. Got my mom all setup for her new card to be sent to her. read more

The drive through atm is always out of service. It's the only chase in Highland and it is never up and running. You can't go inside because the card scanner to open the doors is always out of service as well. read more

This bank is as bogus as they say. I came in 4:15 & she literally said to me "it takes 45 minutes to open an account we can't help you today" like really, talk about terrible people skills read more

If you need an atm, don't go here. They only have one drive up atm which is out of service 90% of the time. And their card swipe to use the secure atm's in the breezeway doesn't work. So you can't access the atm's inside. This place does not maintain their equipment and is just an inconvenience to their users. Avoid this branch if you can. read more

This bank has not been able to keep their atm working for more than a month. It is an inconvenience and though they are generally nice it leaves a critical service unavailable. I don't know the why but it is not acceptable read more

This branch is horrible. No access to secure atm in breezeway! Fix and maintain your equipment!! You can do better than this management.

0 stars! Only one drive up atm that always has issues ! The card swip to go into location for walk up atms inside durning closed branch hours doesn't work. I come here sometimes because it's close to home, but avoid this location at all costs if possible because of the terrible atm experiences. read more

Went into branch to wire funds. I like they are very thorough with asking for more than just one form of ID. They were very patient with me with getting the wire information off their app on my phone. They wired the money and within an hour the receiving party confirmed they had the wire. Chase is a big bank and I'm not crazy about calling their 800 number. But the last time I called their 800 I got prompt service. I do like my chase Amazon credit card that gives me 5% off any Amazon purchases. I do know if I go into ANY branch of Chase that the people are very friendly and they will take care of my request. Thank you chase. read more

Do NOT join Chase. They won't let me Zelle rent and deposit to my landlord. That's MY money. So frustrating. I'm switching banks first thing in the morning. read more

This bank gets worse and worse. They use to have two atm machines at the drive thru and now there is only one. The knew disservice is that you can't even access the atms inside with your bank card like other chase banks. read more

service is good when the bank is open. but when they closed they leave the atms locked there's only one atm outside and sometimes it's not working. that's frustrating because you have to go far away from this branch to find another Chase atm read more

Chase worth 81billion yet there's no coffee and a line out the door every Friday tell why Arrowhead a small credit union has 3x as many tellers? Chase work or your company or we will leave. read more

Chase Bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Highland, California

this branch in higland always got something something!!! atm not working!!!! not access to walk to the atm inside !!! waste of time driving all the way here for nothing !!!!! 0 stars!!! read more

If I can give this branch a zero I would. The customer service is so bad! I felt like the people here hated their job. Maybe the management is subpar. They always have so many excuses to not give you service. If they don't want any contact then open the phone service line and make appointments thru there than letting people drive all the way there just to make an appointment...I don't even know why this branch exists! read more

The worst service for business.. I've been tracking Elyse Iwashika for 3 day to help my local business but no luck, I was greeted by Dannie Gonzalez but poor man can't do nothing without making a call or email .. who I can talk to to get business done there answer was IDK .. read more

Standing in line with 8 people and 1 teller 1 banker and 1 manager. Been here since 12:20 and it's now 12:45 and still 4 people in front of me this bank location sucks. Under staffed I pay 12 surcharge per account per month That means I should get I teller for an hour once a month at least, if it takes an hour in the bank to do business do they give you the surcharge back for wasting people's time? read more

I went to this branch to switch accounts due to fraud. I had closed my account over the phone and was told to come in and open a new account. This branch would not help me without an appointment. They said to come back in a week!!! I had no access to my money. I then went to the branch on Sterling and they were so nice and helped me immediately. Do not go to the Boulder branch if you need in person service. read more

The WORST. Slow. Rude. Waited 30 minutes to speak to a personal banker to just ask a simple question. When these employees finish with their customer, they just sit in their office-- without saying "hello" or "we'll be with you shortly". (You know, Customer Service Basics 101). Someone should have at least acknowledged the waiting area that was completely full. It's not that hard. Save yourself the trouble and drive to a different Chase. read more

I'm a chase card holder already but I also come and do deposits for my work place and everyone here is usually so nice but I really enjoyed Vanessa! I don't know if she's new because I haven't seen her before but, her customer service skills are excellent. I liked that she genuinely cared about how my day was and that she noticed on my Id I had just had a birthday and also asked about that. Granted I don't expect everyone to do this! Its not a requirement at all. It's just nice when people take the time to notice the little things though! I highly recommend chase! read more

The employee who works here by the name of "Monique" was unhelpful and borderline rude to me. Got the feeling she wasn't interested in helping. I do have a checking and savings account with chase but now considering taking my business elsewhere. read more

Ridiculously long waits to speak to a personal banker. Went in yesterday, waited 45mins and couldn't wait any longer. Came back today and the same wait. I'd like to change branches but this is close. Might have to drop Chase if they can't do better. read more

Great experience here, which is rare in the banking industry. Reasonable rates for the services I need, and Lisa L, the Personal Banker rep, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure, just a great banking experience. Thanks! read more

Advice to the management: if you have a teller that has an injury and is not capable of writing or looking up your customers banking information you should find an alternate job for that person. Also, it is unacceptable for an employee to give the customers attitude because there's a lack of ability to perform job duties. read more

Horrible service.. I waited for 15 min to speak to a banker and the place was empty. . They said they will be with us in 5 min. ...cricket.. nothing.. one person on the phone. . Other one doing who knows.. please avoid this place if ur trying to get in and out with a banker .. I walked out after realizing I was a decoration in the room.. read more

I do my banking with BofA. However I went to this Chase location to make a payment on my chase credit card. The service was. Great: friendly fast and easy to do business with. read more

Customer service here is hit or miss. Some of the bank tellers are friendly and some are rude. They recently put up cheesy large bullet proof glass between you and the teller. It is VERY impersonal and does not make me feel safe. Sure, they will be safe if they get robbed, but what about me the customer? Not a good feeling. read more
