Made an appointment, showed up for the appointment before time, got in line , checked in, waited 15mins before a banker came and said he is alone and we should check in to see who was supposed to help us?! Went back to the line, back to the window, spoke to someone very rude lady who said she had been calling all morning and the banker called in sick, so I asked why did they have us wait when we checked in?! I made appt on Saturday, waited until Thursday for this appointment, not waiting to make another appointment, they are other banks. I was helping my son open an account. I will be going back to close my account. Not that one customer makes a very big difference but it's my money and there are other banks. On the side note it has been years since I actually went inside a bank for help, I guess the bad service just surprised me. The employees here talk to as if they are doing you a favor. I came in to pull out money to buy a car and had the worst time they wouldn't let me take my own money out of my account I felt like I was being held hostage they wouldn't let me take out the money because I didn't have my debit card but I had other forms of ID I will never come to this Branch again as soon as I left I went to a different branch I went to the one on foothill an d they gave me the money right away!!! read more

Every single time you need to seen a teller is always long line this location is very convenience they have a big parking spot few atm's but to see a teller you need to make a line it's take you like a 20-24 mins to make your transaction at the window I will try to fine another chase where they have more tellers available read more

The banker on duty this afternoon claimed he could not help us because he was booked with appointments, yet he was not helping anyone when we arrived and no one else was there waiting. He would not even help to call another branch for us to ensure they had availability to see us before sending us away to drive a distance in the storm. This person is the laziest and most unprofessional Chase employee I have come across. I don't have a problem with chase in general, but this branch is lacking I customer service. I came in and as usual there's a greeter at the door as there usually is in most banks. Except this greeter is I conversation with someone so she just gave me a nod and hi. I had questions about my account but I thought maybe she was helping him out. So I went and deposited my cash and when I finished I turned around to see if she was available but she wasn't. So I sat down. And for the next 10 minutes she and this guy held a personal conversation where he was recommending places for her to visit and talking about what their plans for the day were. I understand if they're friends and it's a quick convo but it wasn't. An there were multiple customers sitting in the chairs waiting for her assistance as well. Never have any issues handling any bank-related errands here. The parking lot near the bank can get pretty crowded, so you may have to park a little far away if you need to hit this Chase. The staff has always been friendly, and I like there's an ATM inside if the outside ones are too busy (only works if the bank is open, obviously). Since it's close by, and on the way to 880/92, it's a perfect turnout if you need to get that money. read more

This location is under staffed. I guess the pandemic allowed for the company to justify laying off employees. There is only 2 tellers and 2 bankers...really? So if you have to come inside for a transaction it will take you a long time. I would only use this location for the atm and even then you might not find parking in the shared parking lot. read more

NEVER get a mortgage with Chase. While our mortgage banker, Michael E, is fantastic in customer service, the Chase mortgage team, the underwriters, the processors, and their respective managers, do NOTHING to back him up. We submitted all the required documentations for initial reviews more than 5 weeks ago, and they came back with a laundry list of documents for us to send in a few days before our closing date--most of the requested documents have already been submitted, and some of them don't even apply to us... Makes one wonder, exactly what have they been doing and whose application are they reviewing? We escalated the issue with all the contacts we could get in touch with, now 2 days before our closing, NO PROGRESS whatsoever on their end. We are relocating, so our temporary housing arrangement will very soon expire; we have a truck-load full of household items with no place to be delivered to; and of course, all this means we need to spend more money and experience more headaches to resolve. The only reason we went with Chase was because of the good impression that Michael gave us, and the fact that we have regular accounts with them. But now knowing that being a big bank doesn't translate to competency, we learned our lesson, and will never consider Chase for their other banking services. STAY AWAY from Chase if you're considering buying a home. Their rate isn't even great compared to other financial institutions we worked with. read more

I love walking into a bank with multiple cashiers. I recieved very quick service (even though I didn't have my ATM card). I love that they filled out the withdrawl form for me and took care of the rest. I don't usually go into banks anymore (with direct deposit and online transfers) but when I do, it's nice that I can rely on this bank to take care of my financial transactions. read more

I didn't have to wait in line long but when I was personally invited to the teller's window she was obviously not finished with the conversation she was having with another teller. I waited until she was finished and then I swiped my cars and entered my ion but in doing so I guess I bored her and she continued her conversation with the other two tellers. My teller wasn't interested on anything I had to say sure it might have been some small talk but it would have been pleasant rather than feeling uncomfortable. Please tell your tellers the the person in front of them is the person that matters most. Even tho I didn't wait in line long I should be kept waiting at the window for you to finish your talk. read more

Another thing that really irritates me is the customers have to wait for a long time to be taken care of while the manager and other non cashiers walk around with such arrogance and indifference. If they think that they are better than us, and won't roll up their sleeves and do their job, begs the question about why they come to work every day. I will not use the computerized machines, because they can be hacked and from what I hear they do not calculate and misinterpret information. It takes an act of God to fix the problems. Staff is very rude, I understand it is early in the morning and not all of us are morning people. But in a job that requires customer service, there is no need to be rude. You are the bank that I am trusting with my money. I shouldn't have to feel like you don't care about my question(s) or concerns. I simply walked up to the window to ask if I should talk to a banker or teller but I was disregarded and was told "I'm sorry, I can not hear you" (with the most "I don't care" attitude) when clearly you can hear all of us through that window. Since I was not assisted, I just left. I'm not going to stick around and have people who work with MY MONEY give me an attitude like I made their day bad by trying to find out who I should talk to at the bank. Chase bank is the best bank in US I think. Comparing to other big banks it wins because of high standards they always keep and well trained representatives. I needed to close my bank account and couple of other things to get done. Their manager Maria was very helpful and nice. This is by far the worst Chase Bank. They are very unprofessional. Their ATM machines don't work. One of their machines didn't give me my $600. The machine charge me but then also posted that I didn't receive any money. The woman closest to the door told me that it was not Chase's responsibility and then she proceeded to walk away and ignore me. Luckily I have a credit union that fronted me the money until they get Chase to give the money up. read more

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. I visit this location often only because of its close proximity to my work. They consistently seem understaffed. Today, I waited my entire hour long lunch break to speak with a banker about a wire transfer. They only staffed one person who spent the entire time with another customer. Chase bank saw that I called and told them my account was compromised with someone using my stolen checks. They checked to see if my signature was a match on the checks.... After they verified that it was not me who signed them, they never did anything to rectify the issue. Instead they charged me for the stolen checks and now I have to pay the return check fees. They said I never followed through with a complaint, but they never told me that when I called and reported the checks. I actually thought that's what I was doing when I called to report the check as lost/stolen! read more

This will be my last visit to this bank. A teller named Wendy was the worst teller I have ever met. First she refused to cash out four of our checks, saying that she was only able to cash out two checks since I don't have enough funds, not to mention I have 2 accounts right in front of her computer. Then she refused again to cash out 1 of the checks with 50 cents difference, not clearly written in words, only numbers. She was not friendly and not helpful at all.
