I was in the area and this Chase location was the closest one. I walked in and I was standing in line waiting for the teller to help me. I was the only one standing in line when all of a sudden the Armenian teller( no name tag) decided to close his window and start talking to the other teller and the lady working in the back. If he would have acknowledged me and tell me he's going to break or lunch no problem. He just left me there and went wandering around. I was standing in line for a good 10 or 15 minutes when the manager came over and apologized for the wait. She went and found a teller to help. His name if I am not mistaken was Aaron. He was very nice and helpful. He took care of my transactions and helped me with a friendly smile. Also, Brandon one of the banker was very nice and helpful. He was greeting and helping the people who wanted to use ATM or had general questions. This location has drive through which makes things easier. This location has a small private parking lot. read more

I stopped by this Chase bank since it was on my way back home to get some cash. I found parking just fine in the small lot this place is here. This location has a drive thru ATM as well. Inside the bank there are two ATM machine but there no guard or shield to protect the number pad like other locations has so no one can see you putting in your pin. read more

Tried calling their landline multiple times and no answer. Trying to inquire about getting some money converted to a different currency for a trip for almost 3 hours none of the calls was answered. Good job chase. read more

I just stopped by here expecting the same service I receive from all the other 30+ locations in the past. I was completely blown away by the exceptional service. The branch manager would apologize for any delay, the teller was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was even hot complimentary coffee. All the new integrated tech is so user friendly as well. I haven't experienced this type of service from an American bank in a while. I'll be moving all my cash here to this location. Lol. read more

I called this branch today, Thursday, February 2nd at 10:30am asking if I can close my Sep Ira account and roll it over to open a new Ira with a better rate and this dumb rude person said: Do you know your agent? I said, no and that's why I am calling. She said, I am sorry I can't help you. You need to find your agent's name!!! I said, so if I gave you my Ira account number and asked you to transfer me to an agent in that department, you won't be able to do that? She said, I am sorry I can't help you if you don't give me your agent's name!!! That's the problem when the manager start hiring people he or she knows and they are unqualified, stupid, rude and unprofessional. This will not end right there. I am closing all my accounts with Chase and going to Citi Bank. I will be filing a case with the BBB and Consumer affairs so the manager at this branch will know that hiring idiots will cost the bank the reputation and the big money the client can take out. Of course if this idiot was raised right by her parents and know what she was doing, loves her work and respects people, she will never hang up like that. I called 7 times after that and it takes me to a greeting message that says, we are sorry but we can't take your call. You don't deserve my business since you decided to hire a person like her. Really surprised that a bank wouldn't convert 5 hundred dollar bills to fifties so I could give them as Christmas presents. Their "policy" only allows change for 1 hundred dollars. Kinda makes you think they have no idea what a "bank" is for. read more

I banked with chase for over 20 years and its recent attitude at this bank is what made me happy to have my account closed with them so I could go to a bank that cares. I had overdrawn quite a bit on accident and was out of town for some time where roaming charges were piling up. I was unable to get any voicemails regarding the overdraft and I was not using my bank card at this time for me to see the decline should I had tried to use it. Upon returning to civilization, I tried to make a deposit at this branch through the drive thru ATM. I was told to go inside the bank. The personal banker that was helping me with my case was incredibly rude with me. I was hysterical because this has never happened and I didn't want this to affect my credit. He asked me "why do you want to pay is since this is so past due? Are you Hoping you can reopen your account? We probably won't take you back." I found those statements to be incredibly insensitive and not understanding in the slightest. I was then put on the phone with a rep from Chase on the phone, it was her that made me feel a lot better. She even told me to come back to reapply and that these things happen. Needless to say, I will never return to a chase bank ever again, especially not this one. The banker the helped me is lucky I didn't take down his name, it would be all over this post. Just a little word of advice: things happen, not everyone is out to screw people. When I owe money I pay it and if I will have difficulty paying it I will pick up a phone and call try to make arrangements. I do think this branch needs to take lessons in sensitivity and the proper way to engage in conversation. Thanks to this branch I will never be a chase customer ever again, not that they care anyway. read more

I was asked referring to the TINA HOVHANESSIAN and I did. Tina can speak Russian and Armenian and that certainly helped me explained to my problem. All issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I walked into this branch this morning looking to open an ira. To deposit thousands of dollars from my 401k. I stood in line to speak with the teller for about 10 minutes. Finally someone else walked up and asked what I was looking to do. I told them I would like information on opening an IRA. He told me to go ahead and sit down, that I would need to speak with a banker. I went and sat down. I watched as the man who had asked to help walked past me multiple times. After about 20 minutes he told me he would check on it for me. He left, came back and spoke to the man next to me told him it would be a few minutes. Said nothing to me and went back in his office. Close to 30 minutes go by another man walked up and asked me if I had been helped I said the other man was going to get a banker to speak with me about an IRA. I was then told that they couldn't help me in the branch and that I would have to go online. He told me they had absolutely no information for me and that everything was located online. If I wanted to go online then I wouldn't have come into the branch. When I am dealing with my money I would like to know what's actually happening with it. No one there could even explain anything about it to me and didnt even attempt to help. Meanwhile I waited over 30 minutes only to be told there was nothing they could do. This is the worst bank I have ever saw. All the time you will have problems for cashing the checks, asking to have at list the same amount of money on your account, and even if you have it does not helping you to get your money. Online depositing taking forever until your found becoming available. I will not recommend Chase bank to anybody. read more

I wanted to give a thank you to the bank manager, Emick. She helped me with a charge for new checks that was a different amount than I had been quoted. She gave me a complete credit for that charge. I think the key here is to work directly with the bank manager in order to fix problems with our bank accounts. read more

I've been in the branch three times and every time (each a different teller) have been a condescending asshole.. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Olive. This is the WORST bank I've ever dealt with. I've been looking into getting the United Mileage credit card and I was denied a few months ago. I went in to the bank today in order to speak with a banker. I wanted to know what I could do to improve my chances and establish a relationship with the bank. Instead, the guy was RUDE. He didn't even shake my hand and ask for my name. He started to lecture me on my credit score and kept looking across the bank at some lady on the other side. I should have asked "do you have something more important to attend to?". At the end I just got my driver's license and walked out. He didn't even care to establish a rapport with a prospective client. It's his loss. I love Wells Fargo. They are the complete opposite of this s*** hole. read more

I am banking with chase since I moved to california, always satisfied with the customers service... I have more the six accounts with them.. until today I am so disappointed about the service , make 3 transaction, one is deposit the teller he help me make a mistake about the deposit, I gave him a check is 51 dollars and he gave me a receipt for 50 dollars I told him was wrong , he said no it wasn't and he will double check , and he came back with the receipt of 51 dollars without saying anything , not even explain and say "sorry" ... doesn't make a difference to me , but felt so disappointed it about this chase specially this location never come back here again .. read more

The worst costumer service, this bank is very prejudice, people who work their are rude and not friendly I will never come back here.

This bank is always pushing us to use the inside machines. First of all I would gladly use the ATM or the drive-through ATM and not even walk inside this branch if it fit my situation, but it doesn't. I need to deposit to someone else's account from my account. Today however took the cake. I'm filling out the slips and the woman who just stands in the lobby instead of being productive and opening a second window comes over and looks at my slips and says out loud "Oh you're making a large deposit" then points to the machines. To which I now explain why I can't use those for my situation to her and apparently everyone else in this postage stamp sized bank. First I'm peeved at her huge lack of discretion. Second I'm peeved because she just stands in the lobby doing nothing when she could either open a second window (only one window open is standard for this branch) or at the very least open the door when people are leaving and coming in since she's standing next to it watching a little lady struggle with the heavy door. No customer service at this branch and for whatever reason employees at this branch never seem to smile. Having said that, today was the first time that I had a friendly and smiling teller. He is the reason that I gave them two stars. read more
