My account had been locked by Charles Schwab because someone had tried to gain access to my stock…read moreinvestments at least four times during a day mid-May. When I called the number posted when I was trying to gain access I was informed that I would need a security check by Apple which would require going to one of their stores and dealing with the clearance there. I chose to go to the Kenilworth office where a lady by the name of Kirsten Thiam contacted management to have my account unlocked once I showed her my drivers license which she photographed and put in my security file along with new passwords and a vocal password as well. This process was not easy but Ms. Thiam knew what she was doing and re-opened and secured my account on the spot. This took about 45 minutes to an hour but Ms. Thiam was undeterred and very determined to help me gain access and security to my investments. I am very grateful for her professionalism and help.

I made an appt and drove from my home in Chicago( 40 min drive). I met with a young girl who was obviously training or not well experienced. The Financial Advisor Lance was working from home and was on speaker phone the whole time. He did not have access to all the documents I brought. The young girl was flipping through the pages and it was obvious she didn't know what she was reading . I told him I didn't like the fact that I was on a phone in and didn't get to meet with him in person. He said he would be in office on Monday. Great, I'm working. Why did I waste my time today? Going to keep shopping for a brokerage with better customer service.

Sorry but 30 minutes without even a drink will be sits 3 meters from my family. Totally unacceptable and we will not be using Mr. Murphy or any of the 15 staff members who walked past, or the two guys at reception who were talking sports.
