When it was time for the business I work for to change banks due to continued frustration, I talked to the owner about OneAZ on Hwy 89. The communication she offered between phone calls, emails, etc. to keep us informed on the progress of many small details was greatly appreciated. 5-Star Review for Chase Bank on Route 66!…read more Traveling through on our Route 66 road trip, I had to make an important stop--not for snacks or souvenirs, but for my son's budget check-in. As a special needs mom, these moments matter, and I'm incredibly grateful for how kind, respectful, and helpful the team at this Chase branch was. The building itself? Massive! Easily twice the size of our local Chase back in Crestwood, Kentucky. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed--almost like a bank version of a mini-museum. I came in with all the proper documentation, and I really appreciated the verification process. They didn't just glance at my ID--they actually made sure everything lined up and that I felt secure in the process. Professional and personable. They treated me like a human, not a hassle. In a world where reviews can sometimes lean negative, I wanted to speak up about the positive. This bank did things right. If you're passing through and need to take care of your financial business, I'd absolutely recommend stopping here. Helpful. Respectful. Efficient. Exactly what you hope for--especially when your journey comes with a few extra layers like ours.

To top that off it was clear that they really did not care. It got so bad that we transferred most of our accounts to Bank of America which was not all that impacted by the pandemic. Even today you have to wonder if the office nearest to use will be open and sometimes even when they are they are certainly not interested in servicing their customers. The last time I was there they had three tellers, two of which were completely ignoring the people in line. PROBABLY THE ONLY GOOD THING YOU COULD SAY IS THAT IT IS GOING TO BE REALLY DIFFICULT FOR THEIR SERVICE TO GET WORSE BUT THEY ARE PROBABLY UP TO THE CHALLENGE.
