This was my very first time using a CPA and having someone else do my tax returns. Angela helped me tremendously with my small business tax return. I've been running my business for a year and had no clue if I was doing my taxes correctly. Thankfully Angela guided me through all the steps and what needs to be added and where. Super helpful and I'm truly glad I came here to get my taxes done. I'll definitely come back here to get my taxes done again and continue to be a customer with them. They also offer military discount and the price was affordable for my needs.

I have never felt rushed, judged or dismissed as a client--which I have felt in other CPA establishments. I would highly recommend her office if you are in a complicated situation. She has many years of experience, is extremely knowledgeable. She always speaks to me with respect and kindness. She is always willing to do the research to find the most effective ways (for this single mom) to save money and be successful in my personal and business finances. I appreciate her so much. The question was regarding tax depreciation on a townhome... Is there a property value to subtract from the purchase price and then divide by 27.5 years?? The first gentlemen that answered the phone was polite and honest about not knowing the answer to my question. He said he would put me on hold so he could ask someone. Shortly thereafter, the call was dropped. I called back and the woman that answered told me I would have to make an appointment. I told her I live in Ca and she replied that I can make a phone appt., costing $45 in order to get an answer. Really ?? Yes, I understand this is a business. Yes I know they need to make $$ but I feel that $45 is a bit too much to ask for 2 min of time to answer a simple non obscure question. Not sure what they charge for full tax prep but if their policy to charge $45 for a 2 minute question is any indication, I would steer clear. UPDATE: After writing this review, I called H&R Block and the gentleman that answered was both polite and informative. In less than 90 seconds, he provided the answer I was looking for. Thank you Ryan from H & R Block !!
