    I have had nothing but exceptional experiences every time I visit this Bank of America…read more I have been a long time client for many years, and my business partner and I use this branch regularly for our local ice cream shop. I am there weekly for deposits and change orders, and every single time I leave with a smile on my face. Over time, I've gotten to know some of the staff, and one of my favorites recently retired. I was honestly a little sad about that, but the newer staff members have been so kind, helpful, and phenomenal. I especially want to shout out Jill. I believe she is a manager, and she is truly perfect for the job. She has such an amazing, bubbly personality, and she brings such refreshing energy to the branch. It is honestly exhausting when you have to deal with people who act like mindless robots, or employees who make you feel like asking questions is an inconvenience. I have had poor experiences at other banks where everyone seemed miserable, had a frown on, or made basic customer service feel like pulling teeth. This Bank of America is completely different. The staff here actually seem happy to help, and Jill is a huge part of that. She is professional, but still authentically herself, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants everyone to leave satisfied. I also want to give a shout out to Rohit, and I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I believe he is a newer member of the team, but he is so kind, well spoken, polite, and has a very comforting energy to him. He has amazing customer service, and I have personally watched him handle difficult customers with so much grace. Even when you can tell a situation is stressful, he stays calm, respectful, and professional. I've also noticed how he interacts with the other employees, and he is always well mannered and kind. He may have more of a reserved personality, but he comes across as very genuine, and that is something I really appreciate. I also want to acknowledge the other staff members I've encountered, even though I am forgetting some of their names at the moment. There was another gentleman (I believe his name is Jared?) who was also amazing, very calm, intentional, and clearly caring. I watched him remember an older woman who had come in weeks before, and he remembered exactly what she needed without her even having to explain everything again. That was really nice to see. Overall, this branch has been phenomenal. The people here actually care about their clients, and that makes such a difference. Shout out to Jill, Rohit, and the rest of the team for bringing such great energy and customer service to this location.

    My visits here to deposit money typically go very smoothly and without incident, but in the past…read moreseveral weeks, two of the ATMs underwent errors as I was trying to make deposits. The first error occurred at the drive-up ATM. I was attempting to deposit cash, but at some point during the transaction, the machine kicked out the majority of the cash, scattering it on the ground. After I collected the fallen cash, I noticed that the machine decided to terminate the transaction, even though there was still inserted cash that was unaccounted for. Fortunately, the bank staff was able to credit me for the eaten funds, and were very helpful and professional during the process. A couple of weeks later, I went to one of the ATMs inside and had another issue. The main lobby wasn't open at that time, but I wanted to make a deposit anyway. During this visit, the ATM felt the need to freeze and reboot itself during my transaction. Fortunately, I had just finished depositing funds, but I hadn't gotten my card out of the machine yet. I had to wait a minute or two until the machine finished restarting before I could retrieve my card. I was lucky that the error occurred towards the end of the transaction, but I'm concerned that someone else might not be as fortunate. Once this Chase location upgrades its ATMs, I'll easily give it five stars, but the machines that are currently there are too risky for me to use again. The bank staff has been very pleasant and helpful when I've gone in there, and the bank itself is clean and well-kept. Hopefully they'll get some new machines soon because I'd really like to keep coming here.

    It was my first time in a chase bank, I've been a TD banker forever. There were so many people…read morewaiting to helped that besides the four people sitting there were three of us standing. I waited for about 45 minutes to see someone to open an account. The woman who helped me was very kind. I didn't get any kind of sign up bonus or incentive which I thought was weird but after waiting almost an hour I just wanted to set up my account and get out of there.
