I was passing through the area just once and needed some Cash-ola.
I see other comments on here about tellers attitudes etc. NOO it is really Citibank's reckless design on the privacy of their ATM while commencing a transaction I have a problem with.
"WINDOWS" , yeah that's right now there are windows on each side of their indoor ATMs. People from the outside can watch you put your pin in and see how much you have in your account as well as the inside. I was just about to use the right side ATM when suddenly I realized there was a man and lady sitting next to an interior window that could easily see what my account holds just by looking through the glass. In fact that made me so uncomfortable I moved over to the left one near the window facing the street. What happened to the original design Citibank?? You used to have a brilliant ATM that was actually sunken into the wall creating what felt like a private booth? Great Idea.
I would suggest an account holder skipping this branch and finding one more suitable without people looking over your shoulders.
