"WINDOWS" , yeah that's right now there are windows on each side of their indoor ATMs. People from the outside can watch you put your pin in and see how much you have in your account as well as the inside. I was just about to use the right side ATM when suddenly I realized there was a man and lady sitting next to an interior window that could easily see what my account holds just by looking through the glass. In fact that made me so uncomfortable I moved over to the left one near the window facing the street. What happened to the original design Citibank?? You used to have a brilliant ATM that was actually sunken into the wall creating what felt like a private booth? Great Idea. At first I really liked this bank but after using them for 6 months I cannot stand them. My last review was premature. There are so many fees here and they are constantly messing up. So far they have cancelled my father in law's bank account instead of my husbands, they have stopped the wrong check and then made me pay a stop check fee even though the check was never stopped, and when we had fraudulent activity they cancelled the wrong checking account. Do not trust this bank because nobody who works here even cares about their customers. I will be leaving this bank.
