I started banking with Chase nearly 20 years ago when I opened a personal and business account with them. Each year I see a decline in customer service and free perks that used to be available for members. An example a notary is no longer available for the sale of your car. Also, last I checked there was not even a notary any longer at this bank. I suppose my last straw was after finding a $25.00 monthly fee added to my account. I went in - as I was not able to do it online to figure out what was going on. I was told the $25 monthly service fee was added if at each monthly statement period: An average beginning day balance of $15,000 or more in any combination of this account and linked qualifying deposits/investments must be met. So, shame on me for not following through and switching banks last year. I am now in the process of switching all of my direct deposits and bills over to another bank. Lesson learned. The only positive is the lollipop they give out to ease the pain of the banking experience. I guess it equates to going to the dentist and having a root canal. read more

Can we have at least one chase bank in the valley that's open past 5 PM? Is this too much to ask? First, it was none of our locations accept coins. Now it's how do I get in for a cashiers check to purchase a vehicle when I work every day? And how does the seller verify the funds are available if everyone is closed at 5 PM as well? I went there for notary service this morning. I was told it has to be 5 hours later and there is no other times. I told the clerk it's a one-page doc. and required only one stamp. I saw the counter clerk asked her. This woman who could have helped me was sitting right there! She couldn't help me for 5 mins? Why making me wait 5 hours to make an appointment just to come back in the afternoon? Not happy. I was pressed for time just want to have it done and mail my document this morning. So, paid UPS $10. I want to say thank you to Jacqueline Hernandez in Chandler, Arizona at the Chase location on Alma Shcool and Warner Road. I had a flat tire and had to walk 8 blocks to Chase Bank, after conducting my business I told Jacqueline my situation and she was eager to help me and allowed me to make a call to AAA. I was able to get the help that I needed and my tire fixed and I was still able to make it to work. I want to thank Jacqueline, a real human being for going above and beyond in my time of need. I stopped going to this branch even though it is slower they are very rude and make it seem like you're annoying them by asking them to do different things. I wish I didn't have to give any stars!! More like a negative 5... I was cheated out of 300.00 + dollars from this location "Chandelier Chase Bank" My wife was giving the approval from me to close my account for an emergency situation. The teller expressed how he was not supposed to do a transaction this way. And, that he would assist her anyway. He then gave her a check for 3/4ths of the amount that was actually in the account, in the beginning-he tried to tell my wife, that I didn't have an account with them and that, my social security number was not connected to any accounts with my name. This happened 2/2017! I've yet to receive my money he kept, nor have I gotten any mailed information; as for, why they kept my money. If you're seeking a bank. I would not suggest Chase! I've been with chase a long time. While they no longer offer great savings rate they have great billing and customer service.

Came in and there was 6 people working and 2 customers and they refused to see me saying they were too busy. Meanwhile I was able to have it handled thru the 1800 number basically some guy in a different country can do more for me than anyone at this branch. I'm currently looking for a new bank because this branch is so terrible. Go to any other branch besides this one. Not worth wasting your time. read more

This branch doesn't exist anywhere but the Chase branch locator. It's not on Gowalla, it's not on Foursquare, it wasn't in my Yellow Pages, and it wasn't even on Yelp until I added it to write this review. Having banked at this location, I'm fairly certain of the reason: This is not a bank, but rather a thin façade over a Hellmouth. The tellers are rude and have no damned idea what they're talking about, the bankers are useless frat bros in ill-fitting suits with only a tiny bit more product knowledge, and everyone's hell-bent on selling you whatever the overlords at JPMorganChase are demanding they stuff down everyone's throats this week. I am not Beetlejuice or Bloody Mary. Asking me a fifth time if I'm sure I don't want a credit card, loan, or line of credit is not going to magically make me say yes. I don't want to make a deposit at your desk where you just happen to have credit applications and pens. I don't want a loan, ma'am, just a deposit slip. read more

This place is run entirely by ATMs. There is no personalization to this facility whatsoever and I'm hoping that this is not the direction that all Chase locations will be going. There is always a long line inside because 1 teller is on duty. If you're lucky, a 2nd teller may be around, but for the most part, they come up to you while you wait in line to encourage you to use the indoor ATMs. Pretty personable, right? I'm not going to lie, I really do enjoy walking into banks where there are 5-6 employees behind the counter and most of them will know your name. If I'm in a hurry, I'll use the outdoor or drive thru ATM. But honestly, this place is ran by a bunch of robots. read more

Honestly I loved chase but this branch. Wow. The 45 minute wait for the drive up teller then having to call her 4 times only to be told that I can't deposit my checks. My boss sends me down without the acct number. Without the card or deposit slip or the checks endorsed and never have an issue. You can't cash a business check and you don't endorse them. Asked for the manager went inside and was told that if I don't add up the checks he has nothing to compare the number to when he scans the check through because he isn't going to check to see that they were all scanned. I'm sorry ..... but it's your job to make sure the checks you scan are actually scanned..... what?!! Switching banks because the customer service here is garbage. read more

I went to the chase off Alma School & Warner this morning (8/23) around 8:30, I simply wanted to pull out money from my account. There was one man in the line, I tried to see if the inside atm could assist me with a large withdrawal but as soon as I touched it, it started saying it would send someone to assist me and started flashing. The only bank staff besides the ONE teller were standing around talking around their cubicals, I figured my wait would be just as long if I got in line. Whatever.. No big deal, it wasn't busy.... So I got in line and waited. When I got to the front I told her I needed to withdrawal money and she responded with "have you tried the ATM?" I told her I needed to pull out $1000 and wasn't sure if the machines could do that and it wouldn't tell me unless my card was inserted and started saying it would send me assistance so since there was one person ahead of me in line I just figured it'd be waster to wait. Simple enough. she the responded with "well they go up to $3000" and just stared at me... Didn't really offer to help me. I say "ummm okay", and walk over the the ATMs and wait in line...because now they are both are taken up, one man at the atm that was flashing for representative assistance... Waiting for someone to help him. With the other bankers still standing around and talking. She then calls me over "mam I can still help you" so I go back to the window and she has the audacity to ask me "are you okay today?" I was. Until me asking to pull out money from my account became such an ordeal. I waited in line just for this woman to act like it was an complete inconvenience to help me, in a bank thank wasn't even busy, full of workers not doing anything.... You're a bank teller, in a bank that prides themselves on customer service... Aren't you suppose to HELP customers instead of sending them to the atm? My transaction would have taken less time if this was like any other bank I've ever pulled money from. Remind me to skip ever going inside this branch. We have been customers for over 7 years and have three different businesses and all of our personal accounts with chase. We recently paid all of our credit cards off and after doing so with out notice and with out us ever being late or missing a payment they lowered all the limits by 95%. Worst banking experience and customer service. This is one of many issues with the customer service that has lead us to close all accounts and move to a small local bank. read more

I cannot believe how poor the customer service is at this branch. I have been a customer here since it was Valley National Bank, so almost 30 years. I went in today because I received a statement saying that my Safe Deposit box payment was overdue. I have evidence that I paid it in July. That being said the statement was poorly written and indicated that I owed a late fee. I showed the banker that I had paid it and she refused to write off the late fee. I asked to speak to a manager, she said there was not one available. I asked her to write off the charge, she told me she could not. Seriously, there are dozens of banks to chose from and you don't care about the customers who you have. I'm looking for a new bank. This branch has proven that they do not care. read more

I have banked with JP Morgan since 1978. First they were Valley National bank than Bank One. The customer service level has declined immensely. I have a personal account along with a Business Account. We have recently opened an account with Bank of America, their customer service surpasses Chase by far. You get greeted and you actually see a teller. Chase has taken the one on one relationship away from the consumer. SHAME on them. They have chosen to take customer service to the lowest level, NONE. read more

Some of the reviews are pretty low but in my experience, it wasn't that bad. Came in here on a Saturday and I'm not gonna lie... Service is slow. We walked in at 12pm and left the bank at around 130pm. Granted there were a lot of things we had to do but there were only 2 personal bankers which is why we waited a long time to be helped. The banker however was nice, friendly and personable so it offsets the long wait and slow service. I recommend coming in on a weekday when there are more associates or come in earlier on a Saturday and be prepared to wait! read more

Came in to simply add my husband to my bank account and being that there was already 2 people in line looking as irritated as could be we should have known to leave. Customer service doesn't seem to be at the top of the list for chase. Knowing and seeing that their customers have been waiting for 30+ minutes you would think that would try and help the customers, instead they chose to talk about their Disneyland vacations and life. Chase has lost ALL customer service!!! They are closing all the drive ups, eliminating tellers, and installing large ATM's in the lobbies. On top of all that, you are not allowed to deposit cash into anyone's account if you are not on the account. Yes, I can see the point of money laundering, but come on $100? So in order to deposit the $100 I had to go to my bank, get a money order, and then return to make the deposit. Come on Chase, from the other reviews I've read, I am not the only one disappointed in your policies. read more

This branch has a newer version of the ATM system that won't ask you if you are depositing cash or checks separately. You just select the account you want to deposit the money in and you can combine both cash and checks. Very good idea. read more
