This is not even a business. This branch has been close due to covid for almost a year. Just ATM access.

I went over my purchase limit that is all . I had to contact wells through my mobile app and they told me I should have no problems, whatever they had told me was completely false information, and they even sent me to a couple different locations where I have not had a problem since ! I was in and out within 10 minutes!!! It seems only this location has a manager who does whatever she pleases LOL . I canceled my card and ordered a new one after this experience. Be careful of who you give your information to. I will be switching banks asap . I have never been this frustrated with my own bank before . of course this was done for the fun of it and the fact they will never deal with me again . I have filed a complaint against this location as well as its workers . the manger specifically was some old lady who stared me down the entire time I was there she was judging me and talking under her breath with the lady who took my personal information to the back . I will be filing multiple complaints and I will be back for the names of the people who assisted me . 03/25/2025. -Boonton NJ Wells Fargo bank . It is beyond me how my bank doesn't know what they are doing . It is also beyond me how they think I will allow this disgusting behavior to continue. Have a good day everyone! i recommend going to a different branch if you are in need of help or even a positive attitude from your banker .

I've been banking with Valley National for over 10 years now and recently made the decision to move…read moremy checking account over to Chase. This location being closest to my work place in Parsippany I decided to stroll in to utilize one of their promotions which offered $200 for a new account opened that maintains a certain balance. Service while I was there was pretty straightforward, it was a slow weekday morning and I was attended to right away. The banker was a bit pushy as she kept asking me if I wanted to apply for a different kind of checking account and credit card than the one I originally intended to. My experience at the bank wasn't so bad - I had all my questions answered and the process of opening up the account was pretty straight forward. My problem was post leaving this branch. I reached out to the banker many times via email and left voicemails to never receive any kind of response and it has been about a month now. I had issues with my direct deposit and had questions about my account that I needed answered as I am moving across country at the end of this month. Unless you have the flexibility to physically stop into a chase location to resolve your problems, don't expect a professional level of customer service.

In NYC, they would usually say that this requires me to step into the actual branch so that they can look up the information, blah blah blah. Not this branch though - asked me some security questions and once cleared, told me my paper would be ready for me to pick up within 5 minutes. I intended to go during lunchtime instead so a few hours later, I drive on over and within a minute, I am back out that door. Thank you for making my life convenient!

I am leaving this review because my experience with Garden Savings Federal Credit Union has…read morecompletely devastated my life in less than 6 months. About one month after purchasing my vehicle, it was repossessed for allegedly not having insurance -- even though I DID have insurance coverage at the time. I received no warning phone call, no meaningful communication, and no opportunity to resolve the issue before the vehicle was taken. This happened immediately after Christmas and resulted in approximately $1,400 in repossession-related charges, along with requiring me to travel nearly 100 miles to recover my own vehicle. Now, only months later, the vehicle has been repossessed AGAIN, and I am being told I am 90 days delinquent, which I strongly dispute. Due to losing my home and going through severe hardship, I may have fallen behind at times, but payments HAVE been made, and I do not believe the reporting on this account is accurate. What has been most alarming throughout this entire situation is the complete lack of communication and transparency. I have received no proper paperwork, no notices, no clear documentation, and almost no meaningful communication despite repeated attempts to get answers and resolve this matter. I am now facing the loss of: my transportation, a new home opportunity, and a new job opportunity, because I am being told I must pay the FULL remaining balance of the loan within 15 days or they will sell the vehicle -- a vehicle I have not even had for 6 months. I trusted this institution believing they would work fairly with members facing hardship. Instead, I feel financially and emotionally destroyed by how this account has been handled. At this point, I am requesting immediate review from higher management regarding: the repossession handling, the disputed delinquency reporting, the lack of notices and documentation, the excessive fees charged, and the hardship circumstances involved. I have also begun filing formal disputes and complaints with consumer protection agencies regarding this matter. I strongly encourage anyone considering this institution to keep copies of EVERYTHING, request all communication in writing, and closely monitor their account and credit reporting.

If I could give this bank ZERO stars I would. My company has been a customer there since 2008…read moreincluding a Business Checking Account, and a rather sizable Capitalization Loan. We have been working remote since the 2nd week of Mach 2020 due to COVID-19 and have our mail held at the local post office (which has been an issue because not all mail has been there when we come to pick it up. When we did receive a notice of the account being over drawn, I personally went to this branch in Boonton who has been servicing my company since we started with this bank and made a deposit to cover the shortage. The teller took my deposit and put it directly into our business checking account and gave me a receipt. Two-weeks later I get a letter with a check from Santander "Collections Operations" department stating that the enclosed check is for the overpayment for the account and that the account has been closed. I just got off the phone with this department and was told that the branch should have called me since there was an issue...guess what...no phone call ever took place. How do I know? Because all calls forward to our employees cell phones, yes even mine. I just asked all 14 of our Team members and no call ever took place. BTW, the person on the phone with me seemed shocked that the branch never called me. Can you imagine? A company with a good standing relationship with this bank and this is the way they handled us? Good thing that Cap Loan was paid off in full a couple of years ago. We are a $20 Million Dollar a year Ad Agency...so...my turn...you don't want to take care of your "customers" with any decent approach, I feel EVERYONE should know. Bottom line...there are a lot of banks out there...GO to anyone of them and NOT Santander. If you do for either personal or business reasons, don't be surprised if you are treated like a non-important entity. Like Bob Seeger sang "I feel like just a number". This branch can't even retain anyone other than tellers. I have looked the other way for 12 years; now it's time to start chirping. Consider yourself warned. Buyer Beware...Good luck.
