I'm not one to swoon over a bank...I mean, it's a bank. But here's what's great about this location-the tellers are some of the nicest people I've ever experienced in a bank...it's like part of their training must include developing a positive and friendly attitude as part of their employment. The 'personal banker' program is also pretty cool, it's not much more than having a couple of people who take care of questions, loans, mortgages, etc, but the woman at this location is SOOOOO nice and has been helpful over the years.
And here is one more reason I love this PNC, the ATM gives out any amount in $1 increments (maybe they all do, but since this is the only PNC where I use the ATM I can't be sure). read more
