Unfortunately during these crazy times, their lobby is closed and they're basically running the entire bank from only one drive-thru lane and the line is usually wrapped around the building. I had a banking need yesterday that was time-sensitive, and because of, Lorraine went above and beyond to insure things got taken care of.

I have purchased 3 homes in my lifetime and my last experience getting a mortgage with this company…read morewas an absolute joke. My loan officer was clearly clueless about how mortgages work. I see he's no longer with the company so that's no surprise. I had to escalate to his supervisor (also no longer with them) to get them to update my credit score for my mortgage when it improved. I wanted a better rate on my mortgage insurance. His supervisor told me that it wouldn't make a difference, and cautioned me against updating to the higher score because "things might change". What changed was, my mortgage insurance decreased by 50% and my closing date was delayed because they waited so long to run the update. When I was upset that my closing date was delayed, the loan supervisor yelled at ME for being upset because he vaguely told me "things might change" and I should have realized that meant my closing would be delayed. Absolutely will never do business with them ever again. I'm only sorry that they got any fees at all for handling my mortgage.

One week later I called the bank and they said they only had large bills same ones and I went to the bank and the bank teller wasn't there. Then after running a credit check which of course lowered my credit score, they wanted me to close accounts that were to be paid off in the loan. This really lowers your credit score. And they also wanted me to pay off auto loans that I didn't wanted paid off. Never dealing with them for any loans of any type again.
