I asked if this was a mistake and they didn't know but would return them for small bills take 2-3 business days. One week later I called the bank and they said they only had large bills same ones and I went to the bank and the bank teller wasn't there. Never again will I do business with Chase Bank of Canfield!

Went to the drive through to deposit a small amount of money. Big mistake. Had to wait 20 minutes…read moreand not only had to give them my debit card, but also my driver's license. Why? I am depositing money, not withdrawing! The slip was filled out properly and I gave them the correct amount. They really need to put more tellers at the drive through because when I left, there were 5 cars in each of the 2 lines and only 1 teller.

Unfortunately during these crazy times, their lobby is closed and they're basically running the entire bank from only one drive-thru lane and the line is usually wrapped around the building. I had a banking need yesterday that was time-sensitive, and because of, Lorraine went above and beyond to insure things got taken care of.
