I've had an account here for 20+ years and have always been treated well by this place. After all these years I feel I need to leave a review to give a special shoutout to one of their tellers, Lorraine. Unfortunately during these crazy times, their lobby is closed and they're basically running the entire bank from only one drive-thru lane and the line is usually wrapped around the building. I had a banking need yesterday that was time-sensitive, and because of, Lorraine went above and beyond to insure things got taken care of. read more

I find bank hours to be deplorable (We give you our money, be open later and don't close early on Saturdays.), but I can't blame them for following the trend of banks across the country.

There should be no confusion in the accounts, I've already been paid direct deposit on this account multiple times. But I still have not been paid. I guess if there is a holiday you get paid late.
