I tried to get a currency exchange was told I had a choice of large bills, mix or small bills and requested small bills. They called me when they arrived but were large bills. I asked if this was a mistake and they didn't know but would return them for small bills take 2-3 business days. One week later I called the bank and they said they only had large bills same ones and I went to the bank and the bank teller wasn't there. We dealt with an amazing banker in downtown Youngstown , Oh for my 2 middle daughters accounts and an equally exceptional banker in Poland , OH for my 2 sons and oldest daughters account . While this bank used to be a favorite banking I station of mine, the quality of service at the bank has declined. With the removal of the drive through service for everyday customers, and reserved only for businesses, it's makes you feel unwanted and belittled at the institution. I sincerely hope that chase will realize the discrimination it's putting on middle class customers and reopen its drive through services to everyone. read more

We have no Chase banks in our state at all. We must drive from our town in Western PA into Boardman to do our banking. And you know what? We don't mind AT ALL. We used Chase in Los Angeles and were going to change, but with customer service like we have had at this branch every time, we aren't budging! Sure, it's not right down the street, but we will stay, so long as people like George Buell are there for us. read more

Bank located on youngstown-poland Road. Staff and bankers are helpful. ATM is located inside the bank lobby and can only be accessed during banking hours which can be a hassle sometimes ( there are several Chase locations with outside ATM in the area). Upsides your interaction is more private and you can get up to $600 cash per day ( more if you go to teller) read more
