Uplift should use more vendors. They are not open on the weekends, when most parents are off. They are closed at 5pm causing parents to take off work early. I made a formal compliant to their management team, which didn't help to improve things. Shame on Uplift Hampton for not checking in to see how they are servicing their students. I dread going back there for fear I may not be able to contain myself and curse someone out. Management needs to hire a skilled leadership team to make it a more smooth and orderly ran business.
