When I moved to Rochester, MN, I had to get various services set up. I got my cable and internet services from Charter Communications. Back then, to get them set up, you couldn't do it over the phone. In a way, I was glad because I didn't have that service set up at the time, either! I went to the closest Charter location to get both services set up. It made sense to go with cable internet at the time. I could have the same company for both my TV and internet. I went with a deluxe channel lineup for my TV. When I got a DirectTV account, I downgraded to basic channels with Charter. It worked perfectly. I don't remember any full cable outages. I always got to see my TV shows. My cable internet service wasn't perfect. When it was down, it was down. Luckily, I didn't have the need to work from home. However, when you're trying to do tasks online and you can't, it was a pain. When I moved back to Winnipeg, cancelling my services was smooth. I was pleased. I hope that internet services offered by Charter are more stable these days. Otherwise, I had a good experience with the TV side. (51)

They have so many hidden fees and costs that aren't disclosed up front. If you notice an issue on your billing statement, you won't get your money back. I had Charter internet 7 years ago and vowed I would never use their services again. Fast forward to this year, and I was swindled into a deal that sounded too good to pass up by a traveling Charter Spectrum sales rep. It has been nothing but frustration and headache trying to cancel this service. I could go on and on, but just do yourself and your sanity a favor and go with literally ANY other service than Charter Spectrum. This business needs to be formally shutdown.

I could be OK with that; however, the two employees there, who were assisting other customers, didn't even look up and acknowledge me as I stood there and struggled in various ways to view the information on the other side of the accessories packages that were locked up on the wall. They continued to converse in Spanish to the 6-8 Spanish-speaking customers crowded around the counter. They totally ignored me. I finally walked out, disgusted. I ended up visiting a Verizon store that sold iPhone accessories and whose manager stepped up to welcome me and help me with my purchase of an Otterbox case and a tempered glass screen protector, which he installed in minutes while I waited. The Faribault T-Mobile store will never see my business again for phones or anything else. If they'd just looked up and acknowledged I was there, I'd be OK with waiting while they assisted other customers. Guess I didn't speak the right language.

The line was not moving at all. We needed to get back to work so we decided to stop after work. Instead of being 5th in line we were now the 3rd in line after checking in. We waited almost 1 hour for them to check the equipment in which took maybe 3 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! They should have a self serve option or be better staffed. Seems like most people that stop here are doing something with cell service. You should have someone that only handles non-cell related issues there was 2 people ahead of us both getting new phones or signing up for cell service. Have a better process and dont make people wait so many people came in and walked out. This is not a customer service focused location.
