When there is a price increase STOP saying it's because of the taxes and fees that your business is being charged. That might be true for 1 increase a year but it's not true for the other 2 'increases I've received this year. Also customers that cancel their service should NOT have to return "your" equipment...a technician was sent to deliver and set up.., send one back to disconnect and pickup! I as a customer had to swap out a cable box (due to issues with it) had to miss part of a workday because you're store locations are not open when I go to work nor when I get off of work!! Customers paying these current and future high prices should not have to return or pickup/swap out any equipment... it is very inconvenient for customers !!

Whenever I had issues, RTC would troubleshoot from their end amd the issue would be resolved. Not with this company. They send someone out to your home for everything. Recently my security system gives a weird error message that doesn't go away. Reached out to eatel whom dispatched an employee. He called me and was actually the initial installer with RTC, glad to see they hired him on. He told me I would need to sign a 3 year contract. I think not‼ I will be speaking with a manager today and if I need to sign a contract, I will proceed with cancelling my Eatel services.

I walked into the store and walked to the counter and the nightmare began. There were three young women in the store and the first two that were waiting on me ( one's name was Alexa), I was told they did not have the phone I wanted and asking them about it they suddenly came up with the phone. I was sold a case and a screen cover and they did not help me put it on. It was a nrw phone and I was not shown how to work the phone. While transferring information my old phone was gong out because it would not hold a charge and I asked them to please plug it inn to get the phone settings transferred and I was told "NO, you go charge it your car, we don't do that. I was told they also were unable to call Apple, the maker of an iPhone. I was so disrespected that I never ever want to go back to that store again and will go to another mobile store if I need to, I left there with a phone that had no service as they had not set the new one no GPS and the charger I was sold was not the right one ( yes they changed the one in the iPhone box) and then I bight a longer cord. It was a low voltage cord and charger and almost burned my new phone up. They do not know what they are doing or they don't like their job, Something is wrong But one thing for sure they will ruin the Spectrum name for that work ethic and attitude and need replacement s soon as possible.

I see a Verizon rep (got his name Nick) dealing with a very rude, negative, impossible customer who wanted to go in circles. She had already been there over an hour. Nick maintained far more politeness and patience than could have been expected, don't know how he did it. Sara was quickly moving through customers, multitasking between them, making sure everyone was getting taken care of. These are two above and beyond people. I left the store 40 min past closing time as they were still giving the last customers what they needed.

I called spectrum and they scheduled a appointment 2 weeks away, I told them this is a business phone, not a residential, I can't do anything without my phone. They expedited the service call and I have a appointment a week from now. I pull in my driveway and see spectrum in my yard on the pole where my line comes from but not helping me and has no intention of getting my service restored till next week. We weren't greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Brice (Or Bryce) acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you're looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. We all have bad days, but this guy doesn't belong across the table from customers. It was appalling.
