This place is like Claire's for grown-ups!
I'd walked by this store a number of times and never been, but one of my friends pulled me inside today and I'm glad she did. They mostly have jewelry and accessories, and everything is organized by color! Why aren't more places organized by color? They have tons of cheap necklaces, earrings, purses, and the like.
There was a whole wall of just butterfly themed stuff, a wall of dragonfly themed stuff, and a wall of owl themed stuff. They stock jewelry in every color imaginable. I was looking for a bronze colored broach, and even though an employee told me that "we don't really do like, brown here...it's not one of our colors," they had tons of bronze, brown, and copper colored items too, so I don't know what the heck he was talking about. (Just for the record, if anyone tells you that brown is not a color, they are lying. I haven't been in school for awhile, but I distinctly remember learning that brown is a color.) I didn't find a broach; however, I did find a glittery rhinestone whale necklace that I almost bought, but then I remembered that my rent is due next week and decided that maybe I should spend my money on that and not whale bling.
Really, most of this was just not my style, but I don't wear much jewelry anyway, and I really love my guitar purse from Waterbeds & Stuff so I'm not looking to replace it anytime soon. One thing I did notice was that they seemed to have many of the same items at the different color stations, so you're seeing the same things over and over again, just in different colors. As I said, not usually my thing, but if I had to get dressed up for an event, I would definitely come here to accessorize.
