The buffet consisted of both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options including a salad bar, Achar (pickles), Dahi / Raita (yogurt / with cucumbers), Chutney, Veggie Samosa, Onion Bhaji, Vegetable Pakora, Fish Pakora, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Tadka, Mutton Curry, Chana Masala, Jeera Aloo, Basmati Rice, and Naan.
