In September 2023, I received a call from the office manager letting me know that I would have 350 co-pay for my upcoming cleaning appt on October 3. I asked why, and they said that insurance didn't cover the second set of x-rays that Dr. Mehta had ordered. I said "we won't be doing anything that insurance does not cover." The office manager said that she would have to clear that with her supervisor but that I would still have a co-pay of $30 for the periodontal cleaning. This was not what I had been informed in my past sessions, I had been told specifically that my cleanings were covered by insurance so I said "no, we will only be doing what is covered by insurance." Again, she said she would have to clear it with her supervisor. I didn't have time to wait, so I asked her to call me back after she had spoken with them. An hour and half later, I called back because I had not heard from them. The supervisor and I went round and round as she kept stating that I had to have this particular type of cleaning that would cost me more and I said "no, only what insurance covers." Finally I got fed up and told them to cancel my appointment and my daughter's and then I left a review on google venting my frustration at how I had been pressured a second time to spend more money than I could afford. I blocked the number of the Katy location. Two weeks later, the same supervisor called me from the Sugarland/Richmond location. She told me that the doctor reviewed my records and wanted her to call me, I responded "even though I cancelled my appointments and asked you not to contact me again?" She said yes. I stated very firmly, "Do not contact me again, this is harassment." So now I have blocked the Sugarland/Richmond number. This morning I woke up to a fake review of my business on google and facebook by none other than Dr. Parthiv Mehta's father, Nishith Mehta. I have never met this man, I have never done any work for him. This is beyond reproach. And I'm not the only person who has this specific complaint, Nishith Mehta has gone after other customers who have complained about their treatment at this location. read more

I never write reviews, but this is serious regarding my health. I had a root canal procedure on a molar (right 3) and crown placed on same tooth at this location by Dr. Guirguis approximately 2 years ago (paid close to 2k with insurance). Recently my molar began hurting out of nowhere and I recalled receiving mail from this place that my insurance (cigna) was no longer accepted (they probably weren't getting paid for the extra bs they add on insurance claims). So I went to a different dentist who did a panoramic radiographic image of my teeth. My new dentist discovered that the molar (right 3) was infected and the previous dentist (Dr Guirguis) did not do the procedure correctly as he failed to remove one of four root canals. I called his office today and spoke to the front desk attendant, I didn't get her name bc she was rude and talked over me several times while trying to explain the situation. She then proceeded to make an appointment to see the doctor (I'm assuming Dr. Guirguis) on this same day to have this matter looked into. She calls me 30 minutes from the appointment to tell me not to waste my time going there, but rather see a specialist and that "things happen". So not only am I in pain for a bad root canal procedure, but also have to cough up money (probably thousands more to have the root canal retreated and a new crown placed). I couldn't give 0 stars and would advise anyone from getting teeth work done here (unless you want "things happen" told to you after trying to go back to them for answers). if there an option for no star I would have selected that for this clinic. The clinic is all about the money and bad doctor servic. dr. Fadi is rude and hungry for money. My daughters appointment went really embarrassing and hurtful. This practice is only about the money. And offering you a load of advertising treatments That you never asked for. The whole experience is bad and awful. The doctor fadi he kept insisting and having my daughter getting invisiline while also saying that she has one cavity. I asked told him today I just want a check up as a new patient. But he had the nerve to say" oh you don't love your daughter? You don't care for her teeth's health? Get it done now." He kept pushing me to do it on that appointment so I asked him how much is it going to cost me and he laughed and said I'll have the front desk bring the paper with the cost . After the treatment which took 10 minutes he physically walked me to the front and stood by my side and pointed to the card reader and said here is where you pay. It's $87. He treated me with disrespect. Made me feel uncomfortable. And then after 3 months I get a letter from collection that I owe $240??? The practice is unprofessional rude . I had a follow up appointment that I wanted to cancel and the front lady asked me way I was honest and said I really didn't like the service and wanted to find another dentist. She said she canceled it but a day before the appointment I got a text message with the one of appointment as a reminder so I called the office and asked to cancel an appointment that I already asked to cancel a month before and got it canceled. If I didn't follow up on that I would have been billed a no show appointment $50. As for the letter I got from collections I called the office for a week and was told David will call me and explain. When I asked the lady to explain she said I didn't pay so I told her I have a bank statement that shows I paid on the appointment day $87 . Very unprofessional and know. I thing about insurance and how to recommend the best treatment based on those needs. Very very unprofessional and don't recommend them to anyone if you don't want your teeth to be messed up. And they ignore pain that happens after they touched your tooth. When you ask for help the Dentist acts like you stupid. Just sad how people take advantage of insurance then state they hate insurance. Companies. Great and friendly staff and great dentist! Maybe I'm old school or just an old army veteran that I believe that my word is my bond! I was on time and had to wait 15 minutes and then I get to the chair and waited an additional 15 minutes but once the procedure got started got out of there on time! It would have been 5 stars but I get a call stating that according to their policy before every appointment it is required to leave a 50.00 dollar deposit! I had not yet been to this dentist office since selecting it when my front tooth crown broke off on a Friday afternoon. The front desk lady Dee Dee was so nice when I called. She got me in Saturday morning so I could get my tooth presentable before work on Monday. The doctor and staff were awesome. I ended up getting oral surgery to prepare for an implant. I had no pain in the chair and now that the numbing has worn off I am still pain free. I highly recommend this office, they are wonderful. read more

Very good, just went for a cleaning, they were very careful with my mouth, and was very cheap for X-ray and cleaning! They also told me the cost of what they were doing before hand so i didn't get a bill with a shockingly high price after the work was done, I liked this. read more
