This American College publication book was a problematic purchase at every level. It was not only hard to comprehend by most students in my class, but to then be told I would only receive about 4% of the cost of this required text just added to my personal insult. I have sold several books back to this store and have had to deal with the personnel there. Do not expect a high level of competency or professionalism from the personnel there. I will not be buying from them again. Use another resource please. Amazon can usually deliver in 2 days if you need a hard copy of a textbook​.
