    I really thought I was going to have a great experience! They had great ratings and some of the…read moreservices I wanted to experience. I called about 5:45 and asked if they could take me. She said yes at 6:15p. I get there at 6:05p. The first thing they let me know is they fell behind. Whatever that meant. I was willing to wait. Then they called me to a chair at 6:45 only to have me soak my sns nails in acetone for over 30 mins still telling me they'd be right with me. I don't think it's even healthy to soak your hands in chemicals that long and I've never had anyone soak off sns. By 7:20p I'm out the bitch! You knew you had no capacity when I called in the first place. You should never make a customer wait that long. It was an inefficient use of my time and a poor experience. I'll NEVER go back! The reviews must be bullshit or they go all out for customers they've already established relationships with.... I'm an excellent tipper and a loyal customer when treated right but this was an attempt to herd the elephants rather than serve an awesome customer! Not to mention I have a film shoot in the morning...gonna have to do some magic to make these hands look right! If I could rate less than 1 star I would!

    I called and asked the manager for an appointment for a full color, highlights and a cut. She said…read moreshe had to call her stylist and get back to me. She calls back, says no prob, come at 5:15 tomorrow. I went into the salon that evening to show her my hair/length and she says we're good to go. I arrive and am checked in, confirming the services, and the lady at the desk confirms them and says the price is will be $180. I sit and wait. 10 minutes later Dora comes out. We begin the consultation. She argued with me every step of the way. She said they closed at 8 so no way we could do everything, when another staffer said they could actually go until 10. She clearly didn't want to stay. That's fine, but why take the appointment in the first place? She says we can only do half my roots, not a full foil and no highlights. I almost got up and excused myself, and I wish I had. It was so much back and forth with her it was exhausting. Finally I said to her and the other lady there was still an inch of roots and my hair was yellow. She left for 15 minutes and I heard her complaining about me to another employee. She then came back out, put a color wash on me in the sink, was very aggressive, got it all over my forehead and ears, and the water was way too hot. It was horrible. She then tried to start my haircut, which I declined. No chance I was letting her near me with scissors. The final product was grey roots, and patchy yellow blond hair. The people at my office called me Lemonhead. What I was supposed to receive: Full color, highlights and cut - $180 What I received: Half color, crown only - $112 So apparently a half color, cut, and highlights is only $58! Give me a break. Horrible, rude service, terrible results, and dishonest charges. They did tell me I'll get 10% off my next visit! Hah! Lemonhead, out.

She also brushed and styled it while it was still sopping wet in the sink (which is key for us Curly Sue's)! Najla even gave me a great option to refresh my hair on days I dont wash it to help keep my girls together! So see her if you have curly hair, you wont regret it!!!! I booked my next appointment before even leaving!

    My mother and I were both regulars here at Foxy Nail Spa. Every visit we would request Andy and he…read morewould perfect our nails along with providing spectacular service. It was brought to our knowledge upon arrival that the store had a new owner along with new employees. With Andy no longer there, the receptionist ensured that the woman who would be servicing my mother does just as great. With the height of COVID, we were instructed to write done our service along with generic information and followed by a wellness temperature check. We then go to the pedicure station, and I noticed how the woman cut my mothers toes extremely short and used incorrect polish. Not wanting to cause a scene, my mother went on to "enjoy" the amateur service. When asked how the pedicure was by the receptionist, my mother stated how it was "okay" in which she herself could've performed better. Moving on, we went to pick a color but were shocked to see how there wasn't much of a variety. The colors were not only dull but were displayed so poorly. Finally, we found a decent color and showed the woman a picture of the exact length and shape of the nails my mother wanted. The nail tech began putting gel polish on my mother's real nail! When then explained how we were here for a FULL SET like we stated on the papers we signed. She then began shaping the nail and my mother politely expressed how she wasn't fond of the shape. The nail tech tried correcting it a second time, getting frustrated. My mother then requested for someone else to do the job because the tech was making her uncomfortable. Not only did the woman respond to my mother, but said "calm down", "chill out". Hearing her response I checked her and told her not to speak to my mother that way. I then requested the manager, and he was of no assistance. We explained how we showed a photo and his response was "pictures are edited and altered, so it's harder to receive a replica". WHAT?! We should've left there, but we stayed and had another tech finish the job. The new tech then aggressively grabbed my mother's hand, and began filing. At that point I had enough and told the man to stop. We got the the front and thinking they would at least provide some type of discount for the less than quality service I was surely mistaken. I paid $65 for some nonsense and included a non deserving tip to the tech. And we weren't the only non satisfied customers, there were guests who complained as well. I received a receipt and called the store later to speak with the manger, and not only did he answer the phone unprofessionally but it upset me to the point where I just hung up. Update** We go to another salon and the tech informs us that Foxy's employees cut the inside of my mother's nail. She now is wearing a bandage! DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE! I would but zero stars but that wasn't an option.
