My experience with her was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor before. She was nothing but rude, condescending, and extremely uncaring the entire time. She did not know how to interact with any patients, especially not neurodivergent patients like me on the austitic spectrum. It was extremely frustrating just to get the correct prescription from her. She constantly made me feel "less than" and had a very unprofessional tone. She seems much more suited to something that doesn't involve interacting with anyone as she doesn't seem capable of handling any sort of criticism in the slightest. I wouldn't recommend anyone at all go there, not even my worst enemy, but especially not people on the austitic spectrum. I would wholeheartedly recommend you instead go to see Dr. Chan at LC Eyecare because those people there all cared for me extremely well, never made feel bad for forgetting things or misunderstanding, and were extremely accommodating and kind throughout my visit.

The office is large with a sufficient area with various glass frames on display. The staff is friendly and upon arrival, paperwork needed to be completed. Easy-Peazy !! Soon after paperwork was completed, I was called in to start my eye exam. Finished all those steps and with my eyes dilated, Dr Zusman came in for final assessment. Very nice Dr. He thoroughly explained my exam results and gave me some advice for dry eye & confirmed I was not colorblind . Overall, quite satisfied with my visit and would recommend seeing Dr Zusman for eye care.

I'm also restricted to driving with them and just moved to Fla, so didn't have an eye doctor yet. I chose Eyeglass Maxx Venice based on the excellent reviews online and couldn't be happier. I called ahead to confirm I could get glasses made the same day and wasn't able to arrive before 1:00. From the moment Virginia answered my call until 2 hours later when I walked out the door, I was treated as a valued, longtime customer. I had a coupon I found online, but Jamey gave me options that saved me more money than using the coupon. My glasses were ready in under 90 minutes and I love them! Jamey is knowledgeable, kind, customer service oriented and ensured everything I was "fussy" about was in place. I have not had good experience with same day glasses in the past and shared that with him, but my glasses are as perfect as the ones I've paid quadruple the price for at my eye doctor's office in another state. I am definitely bringing my husband here soon to get his glasses and highly recommend Eyeglass Maxx for value, high quality product and outstanding service.
