Chicken Empanada, 4.5/5: Really good! The chicken was juicy, well seasoned, and flavorful. It's not greasy! I'm not sure if the empanadas are baked or fried, but either way, would get again. They also have a bunch of different flavors to choose from. Spinach Empanada, 3.5/5: The spinach was good, but this one just wasn't for me. I don't like feta. Still worth trying though Almond Croissant, 4/5: I don't even like croissants that much, and I still thought this was good. The almond filling was rich, flavorful, and paste like. If you love almond pastries, you'll probably really enjoy this. Not personally something I'd order again. Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte, 4/5: Very sweet, so definitely ask them to adjust the sweetness to your preference. Otherwise, it was a good drink. Super clean, pink, bubbly, and cute. It's a fun place to hang out with friends, and they even have a little area for pictures. There was only one person working when we went, and she was doing all the heavy lifting. She was doing a great job, so be patient if it gets busy!

The bag I got was uniquely horrible. Out of ~20 blends we tested at my workplace, this one came out so bad that multiple people asked me to confirm that it is out of rotation. We brewed cups for ten testers, no one finished the cup. Attempt #1: ah, I'm probably gonna give this bag away. Brew #2: executive decision, after one gulp I am throwing away the bag to protect the public (If you're interested, our top scoring blends were Counterculture Forty-Six and the house coffee at The Blend)

Music is your typical light easy listening coffee shop songs. Don't worry if you're not into religious themed music-it was pretty generic. Coffee was excellent. I only had a drip coffee with oat milk (plant based mills obviously available) with stevia but was a big fan. Also went back for more before they closed and they ran out of drip coffee. Rather than make more, the barista (who couldn't have been friendlier) basically gave me an Americana on the house. Also very good. The seating area opens up to the church hobby where there are some large comfy chairs and couches, so you can get that, too, if you're there to catch up with friends. They do close early (2:00) so keep that in mind. Otherwise, great place to get your caffeine on and work done.

The coffee was priced well but we were put off by the lack of pricing on the menu board. It's just not really fitting the area although I can appreciate they're trying to be different. I ordered the homemade pistachio latte and it was delicious. I also like their outdoor seating overlooking Main Street. It's perfectly placed next to an ice cream shop for your kiddos to enjoy while you sip coffee. I would definitely go back if I were in the area.

The atmosphere as you enter is welcoming, with a vintage and somewhat eclectic atmosphere. The music choice is fine and not loud enough to be overwhelming. Staff were amiable, but basic amenities like a water station are missing and require you to pester an employee. These should be added and I'm sure would be appreciated by guests. I had a plain cortado and my wife a cappuccino with oat milk, and unfortunately neither were good. The coffee was more bitter than it should be, with distinct sour notes. Whether this is a poor selection of beans or failure to dial in the settings I'm not sure, but I would avoid coffee drinks at this location. We next ordered tea, but the order was incorrect when first delivered. To the staffs' credit, they quickly worked to correct that. I found the Love & Affection to be unremarkable. The Abundance had a metallic tang that was off putting. Be cautious with your tea selection. For both the coffee and tea, you are likely better ordering with various sweeteners and syrups to cover the unpleasant notes.

I had a French vanilla latte (delicious!) and a salted caramel pastry that had been made in-house that morning. The space is charming, the staff is friendly, and it feels like the kind of place downtown Tarpon Springs has been missing. We're excited for the high tea we're attending this weekend and can't wait to come back. So glad they're finally open!

It's a blend of Honduran, Sumatran and Peruvian coffees which produces a nice smooth, in my opinion medium roast, coffee. I had my espresso on ice since it was 1000F out and I had just finished a multi-mile nature walk at Brooker Creek Preserve.
