Looking at the menu, I felt like a lot of the items were expensive for what they were. a Croissant sandwich with egg cheese and a protein was $15, not including coffee, and I"m looking at the size of the croissants that by themselves are priced at almost $6 and I'm totally confused because they look like those mini croissants, not even full sized. I asked about their cinnamon rolls and apparently they're made fresh daily. It was good, definitely fresh. I also ordered a 14 oz cappuccino and those two items came out to $13. when she handed me the 14 oz drink I moved it up and down, my brain trying to process if maybe what I actually read was 4 oz and not 14. I handed the drink to my friend and asked her: "Does this feel like 14 ounces to you?" She grabbed it and gave me a funny look, "did they give you the right drink? This feels almost empty." "Exactly." I said back to her. She had ordered a black coffee with light sugar. They told her it was a medium blend but either they skimped on the amount of coffee or added more water than needed because this tasted almost like tea with how light it was. We both left feeling deflated, especially since we had allowed ourselves to get our hopes up. It's a good thing Dunedin has lots of breakfast places, we ended up having a great one at another place for cheaper.

I had a French vanilla latte (delicious!) and a salted caramel pastry that had been made in-house that morning. The second time, I showed up with grandparents, teenagers, friends, coffee drinkers, tea drinkers, and people who mostly came for the pastries. Everyone left happy. The space is charming, the staff is friendly, and it feels like the kind of place downtown Tarpon Springs has been missing. We're excited for the high tea we're attending this weekend and can't wait to come back. So glad they're finally open!
