We took the food back to our Airbnb, hoping to enjoy a quick meal with our family, but to our shock, we found a bee inside the fries that my son was already eating. Needless to say, we were completely grossed out. I called the location immediately, and it sounded like the same employee answered. She told me to take a photo and bring the receipt back to get a free meal. While I appreciate the gesture, the entire experience--from the rude service to the unsanitary food--was frustrating, especially when you're just trying to relax and enjoy a simple meal on vacation. Considering how much we paid, we expected at least basic quality and customer service. Very disappointed and will likely not return to this location.
