My dog has never looked better after visiting a groomer! My kitty was getting awfully matted and they had her done in about 20 minutes. I can tell she is much more comfortable now. They really make sure your animals have as little stress as possible by keeping dogs well separated if needed and schedule kitties at a later time when the shop is quieter. They also take note and let you know of any lumps or bumps they find. Great experience and money well spent! I did have some trouble finding it, it is set back a little from the street, look for the taco truck! On the way there, I got so frazzled from the one way streets and it was rush hour (as much as GJ has one) and it made my kitty throw up in her carrier. I was on the verge of tears and they were so sweet to volunteer to clean out her carrier too! I don't think I can say enough good things about them! Also, one of the reviews says cash or check only, but I used my debit card both times no problem.

Normally a cat who loves to be held & cuddled, brushing is not his thing! So 2 - 3 times a year he goes to see Sara. Getting him into the carrier, he starts screaming, and it continues on the short drive to Chow Down Pet Supplies. Every customer is alerted to his arrival. Once in Sara's room, he calms down. Milo loves her! I help to hold legs as she shaves and combs him. Returning home, nails clipped and usually with a Mohawk "do", he has a spring in his step, and shows off to his girl cat housemates.

Then my Daughter told me about the raw Dog food she found here and started giving to their 2 big Dogs, how reasonable the prices were, and how much it helped her Dogs. I've started buying it for my Yorkie, and mind you, she's a picky eater yet I was able to return the unused portion. Today, when I went in I was looking for the food my Son recently started giving his dog and couldn't find it. The girl working asked if I needed help. We looked together but couldn't figure out what kind it was. She offered to look it up on the computer with his phone # and found it! She was so helpful and nice. I was smiling on the way out. I am so grateful. Made my day!! Thank you!!

I tried to call before 2:30, but you only get somebody's recording and there is no way to contact them on the phone. This is why I went there in person. I felt that I was treated rudely today. My dog was not happy to go there today, and now I doubt that I will use their service again! I hope they call soon and that my dog is safe!

The owner said that only she could do the grooming, then. I said that sounded fine. Today I had an appointment and I just got a call saying they didn't want my dog back again because I complained. So this year, I supplied a harness, and a note asking them to use it, and even advised they could leave it on her if that was easier. I talked to 2 separate front desk attendents. They did not use it. I recieved a picture of her with a choke collar. I asked them then to please use the harness. The next picture had the harness on while STILL using the choke caller. Not sure what the point of that was. I also didn't get a picture for two of the days, even though I was on that plan. I am extremely disappointed. And had at least *some* hope of a better 2nd experience. We won't be back. Please reconsider if your dog is a barker, or puller.
