Well, when I came out of the grocery store, I noticed my passenger side door was misaligned, no glass broken, or anything else unusual. So I immediately brought it to an auto body shop to see what they thought, and they couldn't explain it. But, said that they're "expert" would have to work on it. They recommended I take it to Ultimate Restorations.. so I drove over and spoke to Lew.. just the nicest guy ever. He saw how upset I was, and I explained what happened, or thought happened. I explained I lost my husband in January, money was tight, and before I got the next word out, he just said, let's see if we can help you out .. let my guy try to see what he can do. I gave him my keys, they drove the car into the shop, and I went into the office with Lew. He was compassionate, polite and truly wonderful. A short time later, his expert came in, handed me my keys, and said "You are one lucky lady". Looks like someone tried to break into the car, from the back door so not to set off the alarm, by doing so, they actually bent the door. Well, all I can say, is that you can't tell anything was ever wrong at all, it's literally perfectly aligned. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have gone to a place that's not only extremely skilled at what they do, but, they're also compassionate to the situation and polite. I would totally recommend ULTIMATE RESTORATION AND LEW LOMBARDO to anyone who needs skilled work done on their vehicle. He may not be the fastest, BUT HE'S THE BEST!!!

Stay away from those that want the insurance check made out to them exclusively as this joker did. What a great experience I had buying my new bike at Powerhouse Motorsports…read more The moment I walked in I was greeted by sales rep Jordan. He has a very pleasant attitude that put me at ease. Did I mention that I'm a new rider with lots of questions? He showed me huge selection of bikes, mostly preowned. I described the type of bike I was looking for and he brought to the section that he thought I would like. Needless to say, I did have my sights on the 2017 Suzuki Boulevard M50. Beautiful bike. He let me leave with absolutely no pressure to buy or any commitment at all. After thinking all weekend about this bike , I reached back out to Jordan and he helped with financing, insurance, registration everything. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasurable. I recommend Powerhouse Motorsports to anybody looking for a new bike, be sure to ask for Jordan. Happy riding.

Not only am I happy with my cars and signing away with Karen, but it's always nice to go into a place where everyone says hi and asks if you need anything. Whenever I go in for service, John and his team always take the time to listen and figure out any issues I might have. They always check to make sure I have accommodations, whether it be a ride, a loaner, or just a cup of coffee while I wait. And when I come back and it costs less than expected. I've recommended friends to go there too, and they are pleasantly surprised that going to a dealership won't break the bank and they get such great service. I haven't found another dealership where they treat you this well.

The guys who did the towing were very friendly and helpful and did not add to the stress of the evening. The next day I went back to pick up items from the damaged car and the same two guys who did the towing (one was Brian, I believe) were there and he was super helpful in helping me get random stuff out of the car. Inside, I had to sign a release for our insurance to be able to take the car and the owner (Darrell?) and another woman were friendly and very helpful in getting everything squared away. Really pleased with how calm everyone was and how they especially did not add any other stress or issues to the unfortunate situation.

I placed an inquiry on their website when doing a search a few weeks ahead of my trip, hoping to find a shop my dad can bring the car to when he owns it and I am not around to help DIY. I wasn't able to find much information from this Yelp page, but felt confident in the shop's ability to handle an oil change and overall inspection of the car after Jackie and I had a phone conversation about scheduling the appointment. Thanks for taking time to answer my seemingly nit-picky questions - its really important to me! I asked for an oil change only, but was not given the option due to their policy. I was quoted $150 for the oil change and inspection service - was told this is mandatory for their intake of a new car/customer. I would have taken off a star for that, but later saw the value in this when I was provided with a comprehensive report including photos(!) of any faults the tech found with the car. Fast forward two weeks: Shop called and confirmed the appointment a few days prior. On the day of drop off, I was provided with shuttle service home. Upon pickup, I was provided with my car clean and with detail provided of the fluids and filters used in the oil service. I'll be back. (or at least, my BMW will be!) Thanks.
