They replied and told me to bring it in the morning where they can have it done the same day which was a big positive! Something to bring attention for others to know, other places required me to leave the car for 2 to 3 days and few others requested to put on the spare and bring in the wheel to drop off for service. Didn't charge me anything for the assessment. Only complaint I would have is that I never gave consent for them to drive my vehicle on the road. I just asked them to assess the wheels and tires by spinning them and using methods with the car on the ground of in the shop and not moving. Maybe thats not reasonable haha im not sure.
