Shortly after the ceremony, they came out multiple times with the hors d'oeuvres and sought out people who had asked to try the next batch when the plate was empty. They were very thorough and offered multiple times to make sure everyone was satisfied prior to the dinner. During the speeches, they were respectful and didn't come around or get in anyone's way.
