Unfortunately, the quality and consistency have steadily declined over time, and today's experience was especially disappointing. I placed an order totaling over $40, which included two chicken weggies. To my frustration, each weggie contained only four to five very small pieces of chicken -- barely enough to cover even half the sandwich. One side was completely empty. For the price, and given the reputation Fox's has built, this level of quality is unacceptable -- especially considering this hasn't been a one-time issue, but a recurring problem in recent weeks and months. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like the value is no longer there, especially when I've continued to support your business week after week. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. I would love to continue ordering from this location, but unless there's a noticeable improvement in portion quality and consistency, I'll have to reconsider. Sincerely, A long-time customer
