We went ahead and placed our order and then sat down at a nearby table to wait for our food. We didn't see any harm in that. We weren't staying, and it wasn't crowded. Wrong answer! This lady nearly jumped the counter and was saying loudly '"Excuse me! Excuse me! WHAT are you doing?" I replied "Uh...waiting for our food that we just ordered!?" Then she proceeded to ask,"Was it an online order or walk-in?" I said "Uhh...walk in!?" She finished with a snide "OH, OKAY!" and then stormed off back into the kitchen. What the hell was that? If paying customers sitting and waiting at one of your tables is a problem, then get a damn designated bench for them to sit on! Wow! We definitely won't be going back into that restaurant. I have bought bread from their outlet in Pittsburgh (by mail order) and at a store in Charlotte, NC. The bread was great, but the experience at the Charlotte store was terrible, and because of that experience, I called the corporate headquarters. The woman I spoke to there told me about the store in Mentor, Ohio, how it is a family run business. I contacted this store several times before my trip to Cleveland, even getting directions to get to the Mentor store. I was only disappointed that Molly, the woman with whom I had been in contact was not working today as I wanted to meet her and thank her personally for her help. We were waited on by Molly's aunt. She could not have been nicer, bagging up my loaves of bread, telling us to double bag any of the loaves we plan to freeze. It is disappointing that the company has raised the loyalty point level as I anticipated getting another loaf at 100 loyalty points. No one seemed to know the new level needed. I bought challah, cinnamon crunch and cheddar garlic loaves. I used to buy the challahs when the stores were in Buffalo, so know how wonderful it is. We tasted the cheddar garlic and were seduced by it. The cinnamon crunch just looks wonderful, with a nice crunchy outside. This stop in Mentor was well worth the short detour.

The meatballs at the former Euclid location were always absolutely delicious and large. Tonight's meatballs were much smaller and seemed like Aldi quality. Not only is the food quality always hot; fast; and ready, but everything taste amazing. The right amount of butter, the right amount of cheese and even huge portion of meat.
