We said, "And we would like a free sandwich or something to make up for the gas we used having to come back. The girl shrugged her shoulders and said, "I can't do that. All I can do is give you the other sandwich." We asked to see the manager and she replied, "I am the manager." We asked to see the owner and were told, "The owner is going to tell you the same thing I'm telling you." The lack of customer service was appalling. We will not be eating there again and will be telling everyone we know not to eat there either. The overall attitude was "We messed up and really couldn't care less about it." So for the price of another sandwich or a free cookie or some small gesture that said, "We're so sorry, here, let us make it up to you." they have instead purchased a bad review and a negative word of mouth campaign.
